Doctors will miss your appointment and call you the next day 20 minutes before your appointment time the day before and shrug it off as β€œI did my job”, I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my worst enemy. I’ve been trying to get ultrasound results since almost December 2020. (written June 25th 2021)

I had an ultrasound done mar 31 2021. The technician, along with her student, were both excellent. Excellent in this case means friendly, and very helpful. The whole experience was fine. My wait time was short and the receptionist was busy but friendly. All in all in these weird times, 4 out of 5 for sure.

DO NOT go to this lab, they are so disorganized and unprofessional. They messed up a very time sensitive obstetrical appointment by booking me for the wrong one, when they only had one tech who could do it and she was on vacation for two weeks??? And they didn’t even help me find somewhere else to go even though they knew it was time sensitive. I thought ok, everyone makes mistakes so I booked my next ultrasound for 4 weeks later and two hours before my appointment they call casually to tell me the tech had an emergency and that my appointment would have to be rescheduled a week out...so casually like they were calling about a hair appointment. I don’t know who runs a business like this with one tech and no one on call, but do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Please avoid this facility! Horrible service. My husband is 71 yo. MD ask for ultrasound and Carotid Doppler for him and my self. Requisition was sent via fax on Sept. 2, 2021 from fax of unrelated party (for example post office). We did call Sept. 2 - no answer. We did call Next day 3 times , they put us on hold for ever and finally on 4th call receptionist advise that she is NOT GOING to look for our requisition as she has over 200 requisitions and I need to wait till some one will call us back and hang up on me. In 3 days another person call me and advise that she can only bok us after Sept. 28. We ask to cancel requisition as husband needs faster access for his heart. Today Sept. 9, 2021 I receive a call from the person who did send our fax- unrelated party (as we do not have fax at home) and advise that she received our 2 requisitions back into her fax machine with complain message written on top that we have been rude!!! Firstly we are going to complain to Ontario Privacy Commissioner as this lab. y did send our personal information with our medical information, ID etc to unrelated person and to Ontario OHIP complaint department outlining breach of privacy by this accredited faculty as well as level of service

I just went there for service. I was there at 5:20 pm, 40 minutes BEFORE closing time, however the receptionist receptionist didn't want to provide service. She said they took the last appt at 5 pm even though their Google listing says they close at 6 pm, and there was only one person in the waiting room. They should change their listing to show the correct hours of service. Also, they could offer better customer service as they were not busy at all. They could have accommodated me easily but she chose to be lazy and didn't even try. She probably hates her job. I won't be going here again. ?

I laughed when I read the sign that said do not abuse/throw objects at the staff or the cops will be called. so I proceeded to the desk and within 15 seconds of trying to speak with the lady behind the desk I understood why I must say where do they find these people?

Go somewhere else and do yourself a favor. When I showed up to my appointment turns out the receptionist I booked with forgot to add the 1/2 things I was there for so I have to come back another day. Funny enough while waiting 28 minutes for my appointment the same thing happened to another person that showed up and she has to come back as well. The doctor who assessed me seemed great though so I'm happy about that

Booked an ultrasound weeks in advance only to be called a week before my appointment to be notified that the ultrasound tech is not going to be in that day. Very frustrated I was not notified the day that I made the appointment as I also have to do bloodwork on the same day which will also now have to be rebooked. I do not recommend this lab. Will not be returning.
