★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking an appointment online is basically impossible. The site never recognizes your password for login purposes, you have to change the password every single time. As for calling, forget it, the robocall voice message hangs up. Once again NO APPOINTMENT BOOKED! Looking for a new lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not particularly clean. Which is surprising considering what it is they do. There are some good people there. But, overall the staff desperately needs to work on their service skills. Kandase especially. She's really quite rude. Shouldn't be calling a client a liar for a mistake you made, then not even having the grace to apologize. Speaking to my doctor, as I have no intentions of ever returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t praise LifeLabs enough for their very efficient,friendly, helpful staff. I took my adult son with Autism for a ECG everyone was very respectful and accommodating towards him and myself. I was a little stressed as the Lab we first went to where the requisition was sent told us they did not have it and sent us on our way. Thinking I may have got the labs mixed up we went to LifeLabs even though they did not have it either I was able to get a copy faxed to them and they assisted us. Very grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While in the washroom for a sample I noticed my arm felt wet. When I checked later there was significent blood on my shirt and on my arm. Also a good sized blister at the needle site. Not great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to rate this as a 1 however local staff are very pleasant and professional. This is more about the call center and the forever wait to get through to book an appointment. Yes you can do it online however every time I try my password is expired. This requires calling the customer service to get it reset. Unbelievably frustrating. Please staff your customer service center accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to book my pcr test for travel through life labs and it was an absolute DISASTER!! They made me fill out forms and pay before i could even pick a time or place to book, so i paid, looked at the options for locations to get tested and none of the shoppers locations could do it within the time i needed them! Life labs advertised results in 30 hours, but then shoppers who are their only partner can only do it within 48 hours! so i called for a refund and they're saying it will take between 4-6 weeks to refund me! This company is a JOKE! DO NOT BOOK PCR TEST FOR TRAVEL THROUGH THEM! i then Booked through Sante medic who offer 24 hour testing at only 20 bucks more! and their process took maybe 5 minutes to actually book a solid appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to life lab sense 2017 after I got a double kidney transplant.
I have no complaints what so ever . The Girls and I seen one man all work professional, fast when it was crazy busy and all are politely ? and nice to talk to xo. Covid is not fun at all but it has changed a few things that I like .
1. Making the Apointement on line first . I get my son to do it for me but I will learn one day to do it myself.
2. Not having to wait in the hall or in side on chairs with so many people it's nice and quiet .
3.Your in and out ✅?

Let me tell you that Rose Marie is the best!
She makes you very comfortable and small chats you while doing her job. All we needed was coffee, and we may have became life long friends.
I recommend you ask for her if you need ultra sounds done.
