About Direct Health Solutions
My name is Judy Jansen. I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, but moved with my husband to Las Vegas, Nevada after our wedding in 1993. At the time, he had a nationally syndicated sports talk radio show there, hence the move south. And while Las Vegas can be fun, for us, it wasn’t the place to start a family. In October 1996, changes at his radio station made us reevaluate our situation and we decided it was time to come back home. That decision was two-fold; I wanted to be close to my aging parents and we both believed that Calgary would be a great city to start a family.
With over 25 years of executive administrative experience and a diverse array of companies on my resume (telecom, engineering, property management, hospitality and human resources), I always wanted to work with a company that valued people and in the business of serving/helping others. I hope one day to be a published author, but in the interim, my spare time is dedicated to family, a little ‘me time’, and trips to Banff for a nice walk by the river.
With my desire to help others and immense empathy, working at Direct Health Solutions was an obvious choice for me and I am so excited to be a part of this team! It has been such an amazing eye-opening experience to witness the positive benefits of medical home visits, especially for the elderly and mobility-impaired. I only wish I had met Jessica Tsang when my parents were needing that extra attention that she so proficiently provides.

Jessica is very quick to respond and so helpful and accommodating in planning the appointment. The visit of the nurse Danielle was such a wonderful, positive experience! The medical knowledge being shared and the lab services included are super helpful and efficient. I am also super impressed by the follow up and time taken by Jessica to talk about the concern and the recommendations provided to improve overall health. Compared to a regular family doctor; Jessica is more thorough than I ever experienced with any doctor and she provided me with new findings and knowledge on an issue I have been dealing with for a long time. Definitely life changing for me and I am so grateful I got to know Jessica and her team!

Jessica is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and takes every health issue seriously. I believe she truly cares about her clients. Jessica works with you to develop an action plan rather that telling you what to do. In addition the clinic is very responsive. I have no doubt if I had an illness that required attention, Jessica would jump to help any time.
I feel very fortunate to have access to this clinic and their staff. They're all wonderful. Jessica will go above and beyond to ensure your health is a priority. I was able to have scans etc. that never would have happened taking the conventional route.
Bottom line, if I find myself needing help Jessica will be the first number to dial.

1) No hassle with transportation wo vehicle
2) They respect clients' time to address concerns timely
3) I have a preference for female practitioners.I find it increasingly difficult to have the option in MD clinics
4) All staff I came across are compassionate and professional. Great patient experience! I get a sense of well-being that is not great focus in MD visit.

From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with Jessica and Judy. Price is also extremely reasonable and I got the help I needed. Jessica is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable NP with quite the inspirational back story - thank you for sharing with me! She got me the test and results I needed, and wasn't afraid to discuss alternative healing routes instead of just prescribing me medication and kicking me out. The whole experience felt very personal. I will definitely utilize this option in the future. Thanks again!
