With the market being so sparce right now it made finding a home a challenge, not to mention we came across a number of unique situations, which Tyler handle so well. He was always so quick to respond to texts, e-mails and phone calls and was great at communicating every step of the way, so we always knew exactly what was going on. Anytime we were interested in making an offer on a home he would research the houses in the neighbourhood that sold within the last six months to make sure we were making an offer that was accurate to the market value and not over what the house was worth.
