★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment for my daughter who gets very stressed and she actually vomits and faints. The staff was wonderful with her and made the experience such a positive one and there was no fainting or vomiting this time or tears!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked on line and it showed they are open until 4 on Victoria day Monday. Drove all the way from Elmvale, I was there before 3 and it was closed. Waste of time and waste of gas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Until now, location info (open or closed) has been reliable on LifeLabs website. Today, I was surprised that two locations I attended were in fact closed. When I called the LifeLabs customer support line to confirm which locations were open, the attendant told me that the location status WAS published on their web site. I double checked and indeed, location status says OPEN for the two locations I attended. Perhaps customer service was viewing an INTRANET site - not the internet site. So...Call First - don't rely on their web.
