Dr. May is amazing. He treats the whole person. He listens and helps you find your way with pain management. The ladies in the office are kind, caring and work hard to get you in as soon as possible, if needed. When you leave a message, someone calls you back usually the same day. Thank you Simcoes Pain Clinic!

Was referred here 8 months ago, saw a fantastic Doctor, was undergoing some treatment for a while, and when that didn't work, I wanted to come back to take the next step of treatment (he told me if I wanted to arrange my care through them or wanted to just come back w questions etc. I could* NO PROBLEM) when I called I was told I needed another refferal (which even my GP thought was odd since it had been less than a year since my lasst visit). Over the next 2 and 1/2 months, my GP sent 4 referrals, we called at least 3 times and were told someone would "check and let me know" and no one ever called us back...finally my Doctor said they had "rejected" me...even thought they had ALREADY accepted me as a patient and my file was not closed. The receptionists I spoke with were rude, snide, condescending and less than unhelpful. I guess they don't unnderstand that people are IN PAIN when they're coming to a PAIN CLINIC, and at least call people back to tell them they're going to need to find help elsewhere. Even the first time I went there was a bunch of confusion and mistakes on the part of staff before my first appointment. It's really a shame because the Doctor was great, OH and they apparently shredded ALL my information...they didn't have me in the computer, or any record of me, or anything they can send to the NEXT doctor who tries to help me...in UNDER 6 months, and while I was still an active patient...they shredded ALL my information and will no longer see me as a patient. Disgusting treatment without so much as an apology.

Dr. Kargel and staff always treat me with the best care and compassion. Without her efforts with medications, pain injections, Botox injections, etc, I was in agony daily with no chance of ever doing better. I am finally able to do most of my self care and look after my home . She is truly an angel. Thank you!!?

I am always treated with respect and dignity. I value every staff member who dea with ny tears and bad days more compassionately than anyone else.
