★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had no personal issues with either Dr Kolesky nor Dwayne, they are good doctors. And I liked the nurse that use to be there, but she is no longer there for some reason. Its this new receptionist they've got, she is extremely rude and cold and I did not just have a good experience speaking with her. I tried to make my son a doctors appointment for tomorow morning as my son is very sick, and she rudely informs me they're not open fridays. I mention that this Google page says otherwise and proceed to get argued with. I'm like "I've had appointments on fridays". She goes "yep" rudely. I pause. Then go "....so you dont do that anymore?" She goes "nope" and that was it. Zero information, zero help, just straight rude behavior. Aside from that, in general, why are you closed Fridays?! Its a weekday, and some of us cant sit in a clinics waiting room for hours with our sick children. Get better staff, and a better schedule. Ridiculous.

have only had pleasant experiences with the rest of the staff. BUT BEWARE because google maps will say the address is 370 Bayview Dr, Barrie, ON L4N 0M7 and then give you directions to Wellington St. (This made me late once)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kolesky , Dwayne and Wanda are all very helpful and knowledgeable. We love how they take the time to ask how we are and actually seem to care about our family when we at unwell. Best group of people and doctor I’ve ever had. Dwayne is a hoot and I always enjoy a good laugh when I see him. I give these beautiful souls 10 gold stars .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception is always rude to me. Doctors in this office are great, however they need a new face to the office. If family doctors weren’t impossible to find I’d switch my son just so I’d never have to deal with her again.
