25min on hold and still havent got through on the phone. I have tried every day for a week now, each time its the same thing. My doctor is great, but nothing else about this clinic is.

If I could leave -0 stars I would. 27 minutes on hold to confirm an appointment time. I wasn't bad enough the grumpy reception would put you on hold for 10 or 15 minutes, now they have this ridiculous phone system where you don't talk to a real person until they pick up. Love my Dr. but I cannot deal with the front staff and the operation of this clinic.

Absolutely ridiculous to reach anyone. New phones are brutal. Have to invest an hour just to speak to someone who tells you that you need to wait 2 weeks to speak with your doctor or a month to see them in person! No wonder hospitals are overwhelmed.

Love the new phone system, although it doesn't need to give me a minute by minute countdown for my hold time lol, my doctor is great, the front ladies are usually fairly pleasant to deal with and I love the new location, better parking plus access to xray/ultrasound on site if preferred.

Doctors are fantastic here. Their phone system is awful and never works. Front desk staff put up with a lot of unpleasant patients making it difficult to deal with them. 1.5 months to see your dr NOT ok

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The hold times are atrocious...then you get hung up on and the receptionist could care less. They almost have a higher than though attitude when talking to them. Absolutely ridiculous...Currently been on hold for 51 minutes...another 20 minutes to go to get a prescription renewed

The staff is very accomodating. Dr Lynagh is the best!! The phones are difficult to get through on since the move. With their old system I never had a problem speaking to a receptionist.

Been a patient 30 years, LOVE my doctor. But the front staff is incompetent and getting through is impossible. Just held 22 mins to book an appointment and then she accidently hung up on me. Didn't even occur to her to call me back knowing I waited so long. So now I am holding again to book my daughter's appointment. Never had phone issues before till they switch to the new system and its brutal.
