Queensway Noodle House

I ordered the following items for $72 tax in Honey garlic ribs - too much garlic. Ribs not good Chicken balls - not like your traditional chicken balls, but they were good. No red sauce provided. Chicken fried rice - we got white rice. Looks like sticky rice to me. Was good. Fried Wong tongs - they were ok. Chow main - it was OK. Spring rolls - this was not great. Very greasy. No egg rolls at this place, so we were stuck trying these. The portions were OK. Overall we weren't impressed and we will not be return customers. I think they are a little over priced. I could have had the same thing from Oriental delight for $50. Maybe I was overcharged but the owner did not give me a detailed receipt and said the price was correct. I did appreciate that they took our order 20 to 8pm which is closing time. I would not recommend this place. Reply to owners comment. First off I don't believe the reply is from the same people who took my order and could barely speak English. Secondly the reply just demonstrates how much they care. Instead of taking constructive criticism and trying to make things better they tell me to go elsewhere. I most definitely will. It's not that I can't afford $80 it's that it was north worth it. And the spring rolls are garbage to be honest. I was being nice before. We thru out most of the food. Not one person in out 5 person household enjoyed the food. It was greasy and not good. I doubt they have regulars and I doubt most of the good reviews. Your reply cost you a star. Poor response!! Your response is laughable . How am I a racist person? Because I said you could barely speak English? It's the truth. People don't need to take my word for it. But my reviews are honest. Nothing to gain.

Love their Queensway noodle! Staff are friendly as well. Only downfall is they do not have delivery option.

Hands down the best chicken fried rice I have ever had! The amount of flavor packed into every dish shows the passion the owner has for her food. I make it a habit to go at least once a month and I love it every time. Make sure you call ahead and order as they are trying to limit how many people are in the restaurant with the pandemic.

Wow! Ordered today for the first time and we are extremely impressed. Spring rolls were handmade and fresh. The deep fried wontons were AWESOME. The noodles taste great and tastes authentic. We were impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. Really happy we found this place, it’s the best we’ve had in town! Definitely recommend.

Been here a bunch of times owners always very friendly food is amazing . Reading some of these reviews where some complain they dont get enough food are ridiculous. Im 200lbs and cant finish a combo for 1 lol ive tried . Best hakka style chinese food ive had and ive tried alot ....

Great food and pleasant owners! While I waited for takeout they even let me try a sample of their dish. Probably because they saw I was tired and hungry. Lol

Ive been here several times and each time I cannot stop raving about their food.. The food does take a bit longer to come out but its sooooooo worth it. its not fake Chinese food, its real and so amazing... my kids love their beef shanghai noodles with veggies. lovely owners & definitely my favorite place in keswick Fried wontons, queensway noodles are a must- the chili chicken & spicy chili garlic fish are both similar in taste & spicy; excellent! Also love their chickenede vegetable with garlic (baby Bol choy).e

Being from Ottawa, we had no idea where to go for GOOD chinese food in Keswick. We stumbled upon this little gem and so glad we gave it a chance. Amazing owners who greeted us with such enthusiasm, after telling them we were from Ottawa and had never been there he proceeded to help us pick our meals to go. We sat and waited while he and his wife cooked our meal from fresh, the gentleman comes out with a plate of food, puzzled we said "No no it's to go" He smiled and replied " My surprise for you" he brought us a sampler plate of his deep fried wontons, chicken, potatoes etcc. Found it by stumbling, will return by choice Excellent food, amazing service and extremely clean front of house and back kitchen
