About Manchu Wok
Our story begins in Peterborough, Ontario in 1980. We had only one location where customers would come to enjoy restaurant quality Chinese cuisine but in a quick service setting. The mall concept was born. The success of this first location generated demand throughout the province and soon spread across North America, prompting multiple store expansions over the next nine years. In 1989, Manchu WOK® thrived under new management which aggressively built the company’s growth momentum, particularly in the United States. Through the 90’s, Manchu WOK® was made more accessible to fans of Asian cuisine by gaining greater exposure in non-traditional markets, such as Universities and Airports. By 2004, the chain made its mark overseas by bringing the Manchu WOK® brand to Guam and Japan. We are soon approaching our fourth decade in the quick service restaurant (QSR) business and have been fortunate enough to be recognized as a leader in this business. β β β β β Went to manchu wok today for a lunchtime treat, and to be honest i was not impressed, you got loads and loads of rice and just a couple of scraps of meat and came across as very dry, and for $32 for 2 people i certainly wont be eating there again

Time management is something though. If i come on my lunch break I can't wait until 1115 after you're supposed to be ready for 11. Disappointed & hungry now

β β β β β The rice was under cooked and under heat lamp too long bbq pork was slimy and very rubbery noddles tasted like it was burnt it was not the best that place had too offer I used to love eating there I donβt think Iβll ever go back

β β β β β Great. Friendly service.fresh delicious food. Gojuchang chicken, orange chicken, bbq pork literally thd best I've had full of flavor and decent portions. Love the crispy Spring rolls with the sweet and sour sauce
