I have been stopping here for years on my way out of town. Convenient location. It is a pretty standard McDonald’s. Food is about what you would expect. Service is what you would expect.

Extremely poor customer service. Non professional Staff. Staff is either busy with drive thru or doing nothing. They don't care about any walk in customers. You will have to wait upto 15 minutes just to place your order at the counter even when you're the only customer in line. If you're planning to go there make sure you have completed all other tasks for the day as you will have no time left until you get food from there. DO NOT go there during your lunch break as there is a chance you will be fired from work for being late.

I ordered at drive thru and it was a rude experience today. I understand if there will be limit when using a coupon or whatever you wanna purchase but you can say it nicely. But their crew Ashley from DT who took my order approach me so rude, talking back impolitely. She was not nice at all. Thanks anyways for the burger.

Ordered inside. Everyone inside had a minimum 20 min wait. People in front had already been waiting when i walked in. 2 cheeseburgers and a machine made latte took 23 minutes. But skip the dishes and the drive thru got great service.

After 10:30 still not serving lunch, cold inside and bathroom was very cold. Bathroom: Almost no water pressure, freezing cold water, overall dirty and broken hand dryer with just cheap toilet paper roll to dry hands with. Do better McDonald's...

Picked up two hot chocolate just before hitting the road. This is what we got. At first we thought, maybe a latte ? Nope. Straight frothy milk. Been trying to call back to store ever since. No answer.

Some nasty Nate stole my son in laws phone. I'm sure he'll get what's coming to him. Has nothing to do with the restaurant but I guess it's the kinda ppl that hang out there. I recommend drive thru

If I can only rate you 0 I would! Unbelievable how are these people working in fast food industry unable to handle the load of work they are assigned to. It also does not cost you anything to be at least be respectful when you speak. This filipina girl that I believe is a manager needs to be taught a lesson. You want to quit? Sure! But why did you apply at McDonald's in the first place? And why accept the manager position if you obviously cannot perform your duties well? It's always been an awful experience in this store to be honest, it is probably the worst location in the city or rather in the province. If you think you cannot do your job accordingly then you are very much welcome to quit. McDonald's needs to changer their standards when it comes to choosing their employees that they will hire. You have to make sure that they only does not "fit" in the position, they must possess a good character and most importantly they must know how to handle and deal with stress and pressure at work, otherwise do not apply in the first place. I've read a lot of reviews here regarding the attitude of these employees and I wonder what does the managers, supervisors, or even the CEO do and how would they act with this issue? By simply just ignoring it? Wow. Better be mindful people.
