★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can confidently say that I will not use Petro Canada again. My husband went through this locations carwash and saw scratches and dents all along his driver side. From the front quarter panel to the rear quarter panel. We went in to report the damage and have been told we'll be contacted the next day each visit. We have made repeated visits because they called us once saying they're reviewing the carwash video but have otherwise not contacted us. A couple visits and numerous calls later (even to corporate) and still no timeline on a response. Guess it was a hard lesson learned.
Updated: finally recieved a call to bring down the vehicle to be assessed by the elusive manager. They refuse to accept that their car wash caused the damage even though they were doing maintenance on it right after we submitted our claim. Will never go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get a car wash. Got second in line after 20 minutes only to have the guy shut it down. Rick went in for a refund, won’t issue us one, says come back later. Explain we don’t live here, still won’t give a refund. Offers a free car wash for any Petro then reopens car wash and lets us cut in line. Get in only to have the damn thing shut down with us inside. 10 minutes to get us out. Still won’t do anything for us. Doubt we’ll ever be back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always friendly and helpful. We use self-serve gas pumps there. We regularly wash our vehicles in their car wash. PetroCan usually has a promo with 1 or 2 free car wash as a bonus when you purchase 5. You can use their online website to reload car washes too. I find they sometimes have manager deals, on their carwash package. Always grab that one! They have a large snack and beverage selection. They also have a well kept large public bathroom inside. Close to Highway 6 & 11. Have been their customer for decades! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

forere my daughter s wedding.got out in the parking lot of petro buds still on grill soap spray on black side panels of vehile. Back bumper and licence plate it didnt touch it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight in an act of brilliance as I was attempting to tap my car wash card on the pad I managed to knock my debit card out of my hand and hear it fall down through the rails into the bottom of the track. My daughter hopped out and had a look and confirmed there was no way our hands/arms would be able to fit (safely or otherwise) in the small space between the track and wall to retrieve my card. We agreed that I would go through the car wash and she would go into the store and see if they have a broom handle and tape or some suggestion of how to retrieve my card. As my car was wandering through the wash, I could see my daughter return to the car wash entrance accompanied by the Petro Can employee. By the time I was out of the car wash exit my daughter was walking toward me with my card. I doubled back to extend a sincere thank you to the employee who went out of his way to rescue my debit card. I'm not sure what his name is, but I am a regular at the car wash a few evenings a week and I see always him inside at the register. Thank you, kind sir, for your excellent customer service!
