Worst service ever. Went there tonight to get a package and the post office closes at 5pm! The girl behind the counter gave me attitude at the post office and snapped at me for even coming up to the counter. Went to the front and the manager was laughing because I went all the way back there to the post office when i should of known they were closed. Some of us do not get off work till 6pm so the hours are not very customer friendly to the public.

Not a helpful place, pharmacist did not seem to know a lot about anything. You would think with the signage out front that they would have excellent service or even common knowledge. Asked for an oral syringe to administer children’s Tylenol to my three year old and the person behind the counter was trying to give me needle syringes, to which I replied I wasn’t putting that in my child’s mouth. Disgusting

Okay, I love the deals that you can get at Rexall. But, on two occasions, I have had to make complaints about their security. The first was a gentleman, who as soon as I came into the store followed me everywhere, making no attempts to be stealthy at all. When I went to wait in line, (after being followed everywhere around the store in close proximity) I then pretended that I forgot something, then literally ran all the way back to the pharmacy area, only to hear him run after me, then I ran back to the front till area, where he ran back to the front after me, and watched me intently as I checked out. I was appalled by this, so I just nicely asked to speak to the manager, she Apologized, said she will be having a word with that security company. I thanked her, and presumed the problem dealt with. Then about 2 weeks ago, I go into the store, there is literally no one else in the store. When uppon entering I immediately see a guy dressed in odd clothes ( baggy sweats and hoodie) who just starts picking up random items, then putting them down again, barely looking at them, no cart or basket with him either. I thought ; " Okay, terrible job at being a undercover shopper since I spotted you as soon as I walked in, but whatever, I couldn't care less ". That is until this guy starts following me around, starting at me, only to fumble with the object he was pretending to look at when he noticed me looking at him with a perplexed look on my face. So, once again he follows me relentlessly ( and this guy is just an undercover shoppers, not even security). So, I finish my purchase, leave the store. HE FOLLOWS ME OUT TO MY CAR AND ONCE I GET IN MY CAR , DECIDED TO STAND IN FRONT OF IT AND JUST ACT LIKE HE'S TALKING ON HIS PHONE! So , I took pictures, because this is ridiculous!!!!! He realized this, shook his head and walked away a bit ( Like 5 feet, over by the post office box, as you can see in picture). I was going to leave, and complain later, but I forgot something so ended up doing a lap around the store, and as I went to go back in, he tried confronting me by shouting: " Do you have a problem with me?". To which I ignored him and thought it best to speak with management. So after speaking to a very young kid in management, who to be frank, I don't think knew how to handle the situation properly because I told him this was an issue in the past, and he just said k I'll talk to him. Didn't really make me feel like he cared about the situation or the fact that this has been an ongoing problem. I even said I love shopping here, but I don't want to because I'm feeling uncomfortable every time I come in now. Anyways, you'll see from the pictures how ridiculous it was that this guy stood in front of my car.

It is always NO staff at post office, it needs someone to ring the bell and wait. Also they never pickup the phone when you try to call the store number. Worst customer care.

Lady working in the post office I didn’t even get to the counter and she already giving attitude and the experience there was just terrible she start raising her voice for no reason and just being rude so unprofessional

Ordered items for delivery and twice they sent the wrong items, including the wrong first aid tape. I was pretty annoyed the second time around and tried calling several times but nobody would answer. Their 2.8 Google rating says it all for setting your expectations.

Was there for doordash shopping and ask for help from a lady which was so rude. She just pointed the direction while she could come just show me that things. This not how a customer service works.

Very cute store. An employee came up to me asking if I needed any help, I didn't but she was social distancing. So I appreciated that. They had exactly what I needed hair dye wise (5.50$). They did not have manic panic, but had an alternative that worked well. They had a wide variety of skin care products, which I also appreciated as some skincare products are harder to find then others. They only use paper and reusable bags, which again is another plus. I had a rewards card, that I found out was not registered but the cashier was extremely helpful in trouble shooting and was very informative. They also bad a WIDE variety of press on nails which is another big plus. I have never been to this store prior, but will definitely come again.
