My daughter got a loan from Cash Money alot of times and paid them on time all the time Then we had a death in the family Her nephew lost his mom and we had to go to funeral but the manager of cash money didnt care that we couldnt pay her loan was very rude to her but there was another worker there that gave my daughter an extention on her loan but then a week later we find out why my daughter lost so much weight was because my daughter had cancer and was very sick where she couldnt work got fired cause she was sick at work all the time anyways we asked the manager for an extention on her loan because the company my daughter worked for was from out of province so the payroll was late and not deposited on the day that it was to be deposited so anyways to pay that loan she got just to realize the payroll wasnt deposited in her acct till the following monday but the manager was very ignorant and rude to my sick daughter didnt even want to know why she needed the extention. thank goodness they got there payroll right that monday because it went through my sick daughters acct but I just couldnt believe how mean and rude the manager was and the way the staff talked about our situation no empathy what so ever... so I wouldnt recommend borrowing from Cash Money on Albert and Avonhurst location oh wait there is one lady there who has a heart she is a blonde girl she was so kind to let us have the first extention and told us if we needed more time she can do it but when we asked the manager he wouldnt listen to us what so ever The manager of that place is rude and no morals

Great for a quick fix but they keep on hounding us to borrow more. Used once in between paydays to take care of something and now they e-mail us, send texts and phone calls - it borders on harrassment.

I can't complain, wait wait wait whenever I go in to pay and get a loan the lines are long. Need more window workers those times. That's the only complaint I got other than that you are doing a good work.

If you have a need for a quick money fix, good place to go. A little rough around the edges, when it comes to customer service, but otherwise reasonably painless

The staff are what keeps me coming back. The manager and all staff are amazing individuals. They never make me feel bad about needing their help. I found out when I went to refer my friends about using Cash Money, they were already using the north branch. They agreed with me about the staff. Thanks to everyone at the north branch for being there through this pandemic. Be safe.

Rude receptionist , very unprofessional, lacks social and people skills . Needs to learn how to treat clients
