★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a family meal with butterfly shrimp as an add on. All of it was sopping with grease. Fries were burnt, onion rings were tasteless, was supposed to have some white meat but there was none. All in all very disappointed and won't order from there again. I will stick with Mary browns chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order a 4 pc meal and ask for fresh chicken because previous chicken i ordered there as been really old and unbeatable. So today I ordered and told them I wanted fresh chicken again the chicken was so old like it has been sitting for 5 hours and then they rediped it the the fryer .the color was really dark and it was full of excessive grease , I am very disappointed and will not be ordering here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager has awful customer service skills, repeatedly kept over talking me me without hearing my issue. Ordered on skip the dishes and the got my order wrong two days in a row. First time was just a drink and pickles, next time it was the whole sandwich without those pickles still no drink and 1 piece missing from the 4 piece meal. Once is an accident come one guys, get your stuff together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Don't even bother with the Albert street location. Everything started out fine. Went inside and placed my order. I went and grabbed my drink. Lady called my order. Picked up my order and went and sit down. Started to unwrap my chicken sandwich. She then proceeded to yell and scream at me. Saying I wasn't aloud to eat my food there that I purchased. That I had to leave and get out. I asked why. You have an open sign, the doors were open and the hours of operation were till midnight. It was not even 10 o'clock yet. I was in the middle of packing up my sandwich. She just keeps yelling saying I have to leave. As i am leaving, I suggest they should have a sign on the door stating the new hours of operation. She didn't have to yell at me from across the room. She could have me asked politely to leave. Instead of yelling at me saying I had to leave at the top of her lungs. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The experience was horrible and could have been handled better. Never going back to this location. I will go to Jollibee's, Mary Brown's, Beaks chicken or even KFC. The funny thing about this was that they never even gave me the fries that I ordered with my combo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was awful! The guy working in the front at the Albert St N location on the evening of April 10th was so rude and dismissing. The food was stale and old and a complete waste of $52. The biscuits were hard and cold, fries were soggy, the popcorn shrimp all had the tails attached, I ordered nuggets and got chicken strips..... yeah, so disappointed. I pay you to get a decent dinner so I expect to get it. If it was free, I won't complain. I wouldn't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popeyes chicken is in my opinion is mighty tasty as well as crispy. Along with the sides you have a decent lunch. One thing is the service is fast. My order was done in 5 minutes. Mighty fast service got me wondering how the chicken cooks so fast ?????
