Went back to them again, very disappointed, had someone measure the window twice over a 2 month waiting period, followed up by calls atleast 7 times just to get my quote... still waiting.. will be using another business, this is not acceptable in any form.

I’ve ordered glass from them a few times and the pricing is always more than fair and the customer service is unmatched by anybody else in the industry... and I’ve called a few places. They care very much about the project your working on and are with you every step of the way! They sent somebody out to take measurements the next day and the piece of glass they made for me was a perfect fit. Looking out my parents front window I can’t even tell there is glass there :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to inquire about custom glass cut for table top, told me he'd call back after speaking to his sales team re a price. Not heard a word in 2 weeks. Shopped elseware and very satisfied with his competitor. Don't waste your time with these guys, they don't follow up.

In an emergency situation they sent their team out of town on poor highway conditions to put a plywood structure in a front living room window until the new glass was available. Speaking if availability the glass was replaced 3 days earlier than the promise date. Great job with understanding and compassion. You are 5 STAR Plus on my scorecard.
