We had our front door at 1 Stop Vacuum Centres installed last June. The side window got out of alignment and air was coming in. I called and they came out the same afternoon to check it out. By 8:30 the next morning the repair crew was there and had it all fixed by 9:00. Great service as always.

They removed our old wooden fence and installed a beautiful new vinyl fence. Excellent work, using quality materials at a competitive price. We happily recommend Glacier Glass to anyone needing this type of work done. Thanks again for a job well done!

We had a very good experience with this company. Shawn was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came to our house to measure our side door and our garden doors on the deck. He told us about new options for deck doors. We are happy with the doors.

Trevor came and helped design the new windows. He helped me make good decisions and I completely trusted his advice. The windows were installed exactly when they were planned and at exactly at the price quoted. The installation was perfect, they even vacuumed at the end of each day. My windows are beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Glacier Glass and they will be the only place I ever use moving forward. I am 100% satisfied. Also, the windows were made in Sask. I like shopping local.

The company sent Trevor out to measure all windows and doors. He then called me right away and was very friendly and knowledgeable and then passed it over to sales where it then all fell apart. I received the quote which was much higher than the 3 last quotes I was given from other glass companies plus they had forgotten to include the back sliding patio door so I called and asked for Trevor and shared that they had forgotten to include the back patio window as he had really sold me on it prior and I know he measured it and he said he would pass it on and see what they could do. So I was then called by the Sales Manager Shawn to see if I could send them pricing from the other companies for a comparison to compare apples to apples which I totally understood. I supplied them with the pricing and all the prices with detailed examples of what I was quoted from one reliable company and even did up a spreadsheet for myself and shared with them. The receptionist then sent back a new quote and said this is all they could do. I asked her to at least have someone call me to explain the differences so I could understand why they were so much significantly higher. I was then called back by the Sales Manager again Shawn and all he could say is because the buying power of the other company I used was cheaper and they quoted me from a local window company and that was it? And not even an invite to even come in and see the windows they quoted me on. All I can say is their pricing is crazy high and they should keep Trevor on until the final sale as he knows his stuff and possibly could have sold me on the differences from his knowledge of windows and his wonderful customer service skills. This is a big investment and I just wanted to make sure I was going with the right company. It's not all about price I know as one also wants to make sure the job is done well but again their pricing was just that much higher compared to the other 3 quotes in the end.
