★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time around was great with prompt service etc. This time I need a screen door and have left 5-6 messages. The answering machine states wording such as '' we will get back to you '' to paraphrase . No response from mike & not even the courtesy to leave a recommendation .
The answering machine speaks not the truth. Oh well I will find someone who appreciates my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this company! We had them replace 3 windows in our house and install one new one, and we spent more time fixing their mistakes than they spent doing the installations. We found countless issues after the first day, and when we brought them to the owners attention there was little done to correct them. The installers broke 2 pieces of our trim because they tried to force it onto a wavey window frame that they shimmed improperly, then gave up and left the rest of the trim for us to install - but before we could even do that we had to do drywall repair around every window. We also had to cut out and re-do the spray foam because you could literally see through the horrible job they did. When they re-installed drywall around the new window they put in, they simply screwed the drywall in without putting back any insulation or moisture barrier. Again, when we brought this to their attention they simply denied it, and we had to take the drywall down and re-do everything properly. This is the most frustrating contracting company I have ever dealt with, do yourself a favour and avoid the hassle of using them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had the option of negative star that what i would have used. We were provided a quote at the site. We agreed to get the work done and provided a credit card for down payment but understood that some delay could happen due to COVID. 6 month passed still no window, I send an email no answer. A year later still no window call Mike he said that is now backing out of the contract, he brought up staffing issues it would take couple months to get the window, clearly he didn't order it a year ago. If he didn't want to do the job initially common courtesy and customer consideration should have been exercise. Committing to the job, failing to communicate and backing out a year later toward the end of summer its highly unprofessional of any company. Buyer beware.
