★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get some syringes for my testosterone, the woman behind the counter sold me insulin syringes instead of intramuscular, so I went back to ask for different ones she threw her arms up in the air like a confused child and got someone else to help me. 0/10 get more professional employees. The same woman also gave me a dirty looks. Unempressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick up my medication and asked for cold pack. They said they don't do that anymore. Really, I'm not going home right away and have $8,000. meds that needs to be kept cold. I called Sobey's and they said they do....so why Sobey's and not Safeway...both owned by the same company. I told the pharmacy clerk to Transfer all my family meds to Sobey's. I get these meds every 6 weeks . Guess they don't need the business? Not the first time I had encountered problems there so this was the last straw so I moved it to Sobey's.
