★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is extremely rude and racist. Just got yelled at by the employee for trying to return unopened product with a receipt. And clearly heard make racist jokes behind my back. Thanks for the awesome customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last time I was at this Shoppers I had a fairly long wait at the tills - just waiting for someone to come by and ring me through. This review was saved by one of the late night workers whom must have been stocking shelves or something which kept him busy and away from the front. Anyway after a period of time I was starting to get pretty frustrated. When the worker noticed I was standing waiting at the till he full out dashed across the place to help me. He was so apologetic I instantly forgot how long I had been waiting. Funny how when you see a worker care about their job and their customer - how that can wipe away a negative experience and turn it into a positive one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Shoppers. It is my first choice location when I am in Regina. The beauty boutique is set up the same as any other beauty boutique in other Shoppers stores but the staff is what keeps me coming back. Everyone is very friendly and that kindness goes a long way. This store also seems to be really stocked when I go in. I have called in a few times because I live out of town and Amanda has been so nice and goes out of her way everytime so thank you. It seems like this is just how she operates which is amazing. Thank you again! The Shoppers beauty boutique staff here is simply wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three times I had issues with prescription's. Wouldn't fill a prescription two days before it was due, the pharmacist did fill after talking to three other people and explaining the situation. Twice doctor sent in prescriptions and not ready when I stopped by after work as they didn't know if I'd need the antibiotics or if they were just for my file. Really... I don't get prescribed antibiotics to fill when I think I need them, only when the doctor says I need them.
Went back to the park st shoppers even though I live in the north end now. Been there 10 years and never an issue.
