Friendly and talented staff! In the 8 years I have been getting haircuts here, I have never gotten an average haircut. They all have been perfect.

Patricia took us in on a walkin and was very welcoming and friendly . She did an amazing men's haircut and gotee style on my boyfriend. Highly recommend her.

I used to work at this location after hair school and I sure have a lot to say. It was an indeed terrible experiance working for castula. She made me feel as though I was not fit for the industry, that I should wear my hair a certain way ( Mind you I have really curly hair that is hard to manage) But every time I seemed to wear a wig she would comment "When you look like that they will tip you higher, try a bit of makeup too" When she had said this to me it made me feel targeted because I wasn't allowed to be my natural self. Castula told me "if you feel unwell you should go home, I can close on my own" I told her that I am not sick, that I am actually sick and tired of the way she has been speaking to me as if I do not have feelings and that I am allowed to feel that way. She still sent me home and told me to come back on my next shift. **There are rules in the back room stating if you do not come to work with makeup on you will be sent home. I also was in the hospital for a few weeks and when I got out of the hospital I was fired for someone complaining about me in the comments below. I took it to short correct. I was never gaven a picture, I was just told to give a new look. Now instead of castula giving me a chance she was more worried about the money. Which is kinda disapointing as she was suppost to support my journey and know that mistakes happen. In 2019 when I went into a coma my mother had tried to get my information from the salon and she made it extremely difficult to get ahold of my paper work stating that I had worked there. Mind you I WAS IN A COMA From a blood disorder. She had no heart and not even to ask if I was okay. Now you're thinking, why 2 years later? Because I have recovered from my a coma and am able to address the situation and let you know before you book here how castula was towards me as an apprentice and it is not a place to be if you are considered "different". The other stylists are very nice and helped me as much as they could. <3

Amazing place. So far I've gone twice after my previous hairdresser went on maternity leave. Alana Brausen is absolutely amazing at making my hair look great. No complaints, many complements. If your looking for a place to get your hair cut, hair dyed, or for a wax I highly recommend Hairrazors!

Castula Ayala the owner is a horrible boss/business owner to work for. She puts on a fake smile for customers that come into the store but after hours she was not a nice person. I started working for HairRazors after being highly recommended by another stylist. I struggled with my mental illness all my life and it was important to me that I worked for a business that supported mental health. Castula said she supported my well-being and told me multiple times that she would help me whenever I needed it. I genuinely believed her. Unfortunately, my health declined and I had no choice but to take a medical leave and go on Medical EI while I sought out professional help. I openly provided Castula with medical proof to provide her reassurance. However, on my ROE, she submitted that I quit. This led to me no longer being eligible for Medical EI. I was crushed. Castula refused to respond to any of my professional messages during this process. After finally confronting her about not being professional and having not getting back to me once, she had the audacity to say that I made no effort to communicate with her even though I have plenty of physical evidence that I did. I called her out for convincing me that she truly supported mental health, when in actuality she does not care one bit. Castula openly threw me under the bus. Castula is once again not responding. I am absolutely heartbroken. I truly believed she was a good person. It will be hard to trust a business owner again.
