Very welcoming, friendly and professional. As soon as I entered Chatters I was greeted instantly. I came in with a lot of questions on products. The girl was able to help me find the perfect products for my hair type and was very informative. I can't remember her name..sigh.. she said she was new...she has very long beautiful black hair. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I travelled from Weyburn to see Alaina. I haven’t cut my hair since the beginning of covid so it’s almost 3yrs now. I showed a picture of the hairstyle I wanted it’s a curly modern mullet and she instantly agreed that she can do it. I am satisfied to chop off my hair that is weighing me all this time. Now it's way easy to manage and felt so good. I am happy to meet Alaina. This hair clinic is clean and chic. You can see all the professional hair care products neatly organized at the front and the salon area is at the back where the magical hair transformation happens. The visit was very quick which I am amazed at because I am also in need to get to other places at that time so it's perfect. I have naturally curled hair and I am so happy to have found a curly hair specialist. Well, I will call her that lol ? but I am sure Alaina will go far no matter what type of hair a person has. I don’t usually post on bad service I’m more of an advocate for quality but in this case it was the opposite. The “get in and get out attitude” I experienced with the overpriced men’s cut (which was $50) wasn’t something I was expecting being a returning customer. Sorry but a simple #2 guard and clippers shouldn’t be missing so many hairs. I had a quick beard trim also that took 3 mins to do and they still didn’t trim my upper cheeks. I’m not going to post names but it was a sloppy and rushed 15 min trim that was way over priced.

Can't speak to any service because even though they're supposed to be open, there's a sign on the door saying they're closed Mondays. If that's the case, they should update their Google hours. I drove across the city only to find this out.

Was not made aware of there still being masking mandates in effect at this facility prior to arriving early to fill a cancellation they had, and was refused service for not wearing a mask. I had asked if they would accept a medical exemption regarding masking, which they wouldn't accept and declined me service. They were more concerned about getting in trouble with the boss over a dated policy and discrimate against me, than they were interested in doing business.

Miranda and Pair did an amazing job with my two kids hair, my youngest has seen Pair a few times now and he loves getting his hair cut from her. However the older blonde lady at the front was extremely rude and dismissive. Poor quality service from front of house, but the stylists were great!

Terrible customer service. I went in to return a shampoo that I was not happy with and tried to explain to the lady helping me what the issue was. Instead of helping me find something else that would work and return what I had, she suggested I buy another product to use on top of the shampoo that clearly wasn’t working already. When I explained to her I just wanted help with finding a different shampoo she got irritated and in a disrespectful voice told me to go pick something else myself. Clearly there was no assistance and again got mad when I wanted to return a whole bottle and was mad because she didn’t know how to do the return and I was “taking time out of her day, to call another store for assistance”. This was such poor customer service with no help and left me frustrated and never wanting to support them again.
