Strands has been thriving in Regina since April, 1995. We continually
are keeping up with trends, styles and the most advanced color and hair products in the market. Our staff is highly educated with many years of experience that many other newer salons do not have. We use only the highest quality and safe for your hair and health products in our salon. This keeps our environment safe for us as stylists as well as the clients we are so honored to service.

K	Katherine Cant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate it zero stars it would be more accurate. I spent 6 plus hours here just to get my hair bleached and toned, which wasn't even what I asked for. The young girl burnt my hair, and my scalp. Then they blamed my hair, as if I've never had my hair done before. Finally the owner stepped in to cut my hair like I asked. But made sure she guilt tripped me into a bunch of product to save my burnt hair, caused by them. Then she still charged me $300 plus the product. Now my hair is falling out in chucks and will have to be chopped off.
S	Sunia Sandhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my fist time hair extensions, from Calgary - They lasted in my hair WITHOUT moving for almost 10-11 weeks, if not more. Also, I was traveling in India in June-July heat and humidity and they still didn't move !!! When I got them removed at strands was because they had grown out a lot but still perfectly in place. They were so beautiful!! I went to strands to remove and put them back in and they started moving within ONE WEEK ! I called strands and they were courteous book me cz they fell off in one week and by the time I got in which is 2nd week - I had 5 lose pieces and the extensions were moving all over. Joanne fixed them. But it was a waste because they were moving all over in my hair next week again. They were getting all tangled up with glue. So I called next week again and decided I was going to remove them for a bit as I could handle when one of the extension fell off in my hand at work ! I paid full price for removal and this was probably 3rd or 4th week. They didn't have courtesy to admit the shortcoming and cover the removal if not the whole installation and hair extensions are expensive. I wouldn't have put this review up if I did not know how long the extensions are supposed to stay or if I dint get them before. DO NOT GO FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS HERE, they are inexperienced and not very customer service oriented.

R	Rupakshi Sood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience at strands earlier I asked for permanent hair straightening and an employee working there did some other procedure called hair relaxing which I never asked for. After 2 days when i washed my hairs they become curly and wavy again which are not even close to straight hairs I called them and they started changing there words that we did semi permanent straight which was very disappointed thing for me as i spent $250 on my hairs and than I speak to manager and got some money refunded after several attempts but my hairs didn’t get the treatment as I asked for. Not a good place to go for hair straightening. They never admit their mistake...!
