★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and efficient service. Restaurant seemed pretty clean but lots of tables not sanitized. The food was okay. It was a sloppy burger and the lettuce was not fresh. Bacon was very salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait time in this place is unacceptable, waited forever it seemed! This DQ is very gross with dirty tables, dirty bathrooms & just a grease trap of a place. I do not recommend stopping at this DQ & management take some pride in your work, building & employee training! I know it sucks to get called out, but you have no idea how awful this experience was. Make some permanent changes for the better & business will thrive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly would avoid this DQ. I didn’t check the bag before I left and got nothing close to my order, only thing right was my drink cause I did it myself. Check your stuff and or avoid this establishment and pick a different one in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 separate orders done through UberEats and then managed to screw up all of them. When you call to try to fix the issue, they lie . One of the girls there will lie through her teeth to absolve herself of any error. I’d avoid this place at all costs. Incompetent staff and food quality is terrible, assuming you get the right stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had been going to this DQ location for about 25 years and never been disappointed, however haven't been there for around 2 years. Went yesterday it took about 10 minutes for my order to be taking because the worker did not know his till ask for the chicken bite salad and did not understand what I wanted after finally getting my order taking we wait for another 10-15 min for our food to come the quailty of the burgers here have changed dramatically it was so thin and so over cooked(practically burnt). I order from the normanview one through skip and they're burgers and way better. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been here before and had great service. Tonight was the worst experience ever. We ordered a Banana split which had no pineapple, hardly any strawberries, Bananas dropped on top and a little chocolate sauce and worst of all no whip cream. I had to ask for it and received attitude about it. We also ordered a peanut buster parfait that had chocolate syrup not hot fudge and was not made properly. Not impressed whatsoever. Staff need proper training on how to make items.
