★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken fried rice and the dude put the rice on the pan for barely 10 seconds. When I opened the container at home, I was left with soggy rice drenched in sauce. This is the 2nd time this has happened so I'm never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I come here, without fail, the workers are absolutely miserable. They are openly angry about serving you. So much so that I actively avoid ordering here any more. I'm not overreacting or embelishing here either; EVERY time I've come, they're miserable. To the owners: either hire someone who takes pride in their job or maybe just talk to your current workers about why they're so angry. Something needs to be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As it was my first experience at Thai express. I will never go there again. I order the Pad Thai because after looking at the image it looked fresh. The young lady asked me how I'd like it and I said very spicy please. However, when I got it I cant say I was impressed with the presentation. I could not see the chicken, until I looked closer and saw the chicken was actually shredded. I did have 1 cube of Tofu I had a mouth full and wasn't sure if it would be polite to spit it back out again. Apparently there was spring onion, but I was yet to see it. If I had to describe the flavor I would say it was Noodles with warm BBQ source. It was dark and I cannot say I will go back again. I did however think it would only be polite to go back and inform that the food was not great. The young lady misunderstood and thought I wanted a take away tub. When I explained it wasn't good and that I did not want it. She took and walked away. I kind felt like I was hanging there and decided to leave. So that was my experience in a nutshell
