Made an appointment on line and when I came for my appointment it was not honored. I had booked 3 weeks earlier due to COVID as that was the earliest appointment available. Didn't expect to wait another half hour for blood work.

So I called Life Labs with their main number to discuss booking an appointment as I wasn’t sure if my paperwork was sent to them or not or if it was a special test, as my doctor only sent it to them directly. Life Labs transferes me to this locations phone line to confirm and I was greeted by a rude individual who questioned how I got their number in the first place. On top of that this person just brushed me off and said to book online and I wasn’t supposed to be given their number. I couldn’t really say much over the phone since I was hung up on at the end of the call. Just absolutely a rude way to conduct yourself over the phone. Sorry if LifeLabs customer line doesn’t know what they are doing. I feel bad for the people who have a hard time booking appointments online and having to use the phone.

Left us waiting for 30 minutes until someone came out said they'd do their best to accept us and final someone came out and said they're too busy! Bad service, bad management, don't go there

This is the second Lifelabs I’ve been to today that is permanently closed. Why don’t they update their information online? Very poor customer service! Especially for persons with disabilities who struggle to travel!!!

Went to get a pcr test 48 hours prior to a flight, never gave back the results after 48 hours and when i tried calling, put me on hold for 3 hours and told me they would call me back. After that never got a call back and ended up having to take a much more expensive rapid pcr test elsewhere.

Your staff with whom I've interacted at this location are pleasant and professional. Something you need to change is how you deal with incoming clients. Your new signs that are posted in the hallway tell us, basically, that EVERYONE must wait in line, regardless of whether they have an appointment or are just dropping off samples or paperwork. The lineups can last for quite some time, and can be a challenge for the elderly or the sick. The worst part comes when you finally make it to the desk and are told that you can't be seen. I do understand that the lab might be running at capacity, but you need to have someone canvas the lineups to tell people what's going on. Waiting for half an hour only to be told to come back another day is very frustrating. UPDATE: After being turned away yesterday, I came back today for a one o'clock appointment (given me by the nurse yesterday). A woman came out and asked if she could help me. I said "Hi, I have a one o'clock appointment". She said "No you don't, we are closed today." I said I was told to come back today, and she said " Well, that was a mistake. Can you come back tomorrow at the same time?" I agreed, but she did not take my information and just walked away.

Had to go twice this week and both time I didn't have to wait (I went early in the morning). Straight in and out, super-fast service. No booking needed - walk-in.

Was able to book an appointment online for a last minute spot (booked Saturday for the following Monday). Online booking was simple and easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was put into a room right away and waited about 5 minutes before the technician came. She was very good with the needle and minimizing my discomfort. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I went back later on to drop off some additional samples and it was right before they closed (less than 5 minutes before closing). They had already finished with all the patients for the day and locked the door, which I totally get after a long day. It wasn't my intention to arrive so late, but there I was. One of the staff noticed me and came over to unlock the door. They accepted my samples (and hopefully my apologies) and I was very grateful. They would have been totally justified in turning me away and asking me to return the next day. I know it might not seem like much, but I greatly appreciated it after a long first day of March break with the kids at home. I wouldn't hesitate to book at this location again. The location advertises that it is by appointment only, but they accepted a number of walk-ins while I was there.
