Profit over care 100% only interested in pushing the fear wagon and taking the paid insensitive offered by the government for doing so then play dumb when you call them out on it. If you don’t play the game they refuse medical attention at all and send you somewhere else for another person to push the jab garbage on you some more. Ontario healthcare is profit over competence and care. I have pictures to prove it but google is blocking me from posting them.
S	Sandra Odoemelam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible from the reception to the doctor, they don’t care about people of colour, I took my baby there, the doctor confirmed she has infection, he said there is nothing he could do about that, he said go home and just deal with it whatever it turns out, my question is why are you a doctor and why are you seeing patients ? He insisted that there is nothing he could advise. This is so disheartening and unfair coming from a supposed professional.

Put me down on the list and told me to come back within a half hour to get me in! Waited very little time to see the doctor! Thank you for the excellent care!
D	Dawn onerian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always had memories of the care I received in Ontario over my years and bemoaned the loss of passion and genuine humanity in the treatment people receive. Today, at this clinic, I saw people going there with injuries worse than I've seen at hospitals when there (in the last decade ish). I heard, while waiting, Doctors taking the time to educate patients, actually showing them their x-rays, showing them empathy. Honestly a ton of places and a ton of people could learn a lot from the way this clinic runs. I'd imagine the reviews are not good because in our on demand age people never think they'll need to wait, but I would rather wait for thorough and compassionate care such as I received at Huronia than be seen faster and with less attention. I felt genuinely impressed at a human level by the staff, their energy and the atmosphere of the clinic. All the stars!!
L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this clinic 2 stars only because they let us in right before closing and the front staff were very pleasant. We went during covid in a snow storm because I knew something was wrong with my daughter. She had severe pain in her throat and could barely swallow or talk. The doctor barely looked in her throat at all, asked us if we lived in communal living and took a quick swap for strep. It came back negative and he dismissed us. She spent the rest of the night crying and in severe pain. We called our doctor in the morning and it turned out she had tonsillitis. We felt like he was judging us and just didn't bother. I will never go back there again.
K	Kenneth R. Bandeira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy today with the service offered at this Urgent Care Clinic. I was seen and treated in less than 1.5 hours by Dr. Friday which is unheard of. Dr. Friday is a great Physician who is very knowledgeable, caring, and personable. Hopefully I will not need to come back any time soon but if I ever need urgent care again I will most certainly be coming back to this Urgent Care Clinic.

However, I arrived here and still waited the line almost one hour. If it provides us with the convenience for skip the waiting room so it should not let people WAITING just like other walking in ??? Update 1: the doctor stepped out while diagnosing me; Update 2: I need to pay $25for flush a blocked ear as per the doctor Update 3: the super nice nurse Christiane came and flushed my ears. I did not pay $$
A	Aprille Holmes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super super patient and helpful staff! Best walk-in clinic I have ever been to. Very informative, and caring for your well-being. They helped me with my WSIB claim and restored my faith in the healthcare system. It was VERY busy here, and even though I used skip the waiting room feature I still had to wait just over an hr, But it was worth it 100%. Less wait time then ER, and better/more caring service. Use the main entrance and follow the signs.
