N	Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother with this place. Drive the distance to go elsewhere. They are extremely rude over the phone and in person. They don't care to help you with anything. Time for this place to find new staff who might care just a little bit. They work in healthcare after all.

I'm sorry but sometimes that just doesn't work out people have jobs so they like to call make a appointment for a time / day that works for them not wait for a call thats a time and date thats told to me.

It took like 7 calls for me to get someone but I was lucky, as soon as I got a hold of reception there was a cancelation for the next day and I got the slot. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and saw my technician on time. I had Jenn, she was awesome, I learned some anatomy too :) In and out in 20 minutes

And to all the parents whining about their first baby experience? Get over yourselves. Lol. Just kidding, kids are wonderful, don't blame the health care professionals. Wear protective equipment ya know?

My doctor’s office fax them my requisition 3 times already and they keep saying that they don’t have it lol How that’s possible? I called them many times and they just don’t care to even help you and keep saying you should fax it! Why the only option to book an appointment with them is to fax the requisition? Why can’t we book it over the phone or email or in person? They haven’t solve my issue nor book an appointment for me until today May 17th, 2022! Finally I gave up and call a radiology 20 mins from Barrie. Believe if or not the lovely lady book a same day appointment for me over the phone in less than 2 minutes and DONE! I’m so mad at myself to wait almost 1 month to book an appointment with Georgian radiology! Don’t waste your time and if you care about your health book an appointment somewhere else!
B	Brooke G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for 2 pregnancy ultrasounds. Both were a good experience. Techs were friendly and I like how the rooms had music. Kept me calm. Only downfall was STILL not being able to have my husband attend with me despite both of us being vaccinated and almost 2yrs into this pandemic. I know this is not Georgian Radiology’s fault but maybe they can pass these reviews on. These moments you never get back ever again!! Also given this situation it would have been nice to have the first USB fee waived. I would have loved for him to be there but he can’t so at least don’t charge us for the photos or allow us to video call them.
S	Sarah Forte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews, but I feel in this case it’s necessary. I’d like to echo many of the other negative reviews here. Office staff are very rude on the phone and in person. The protocol to book an appointment is also BIZARRE and from what I know is a recent change. They do not allow you to call and book an appt. Your doctor has to fax your req. to them and they call you to inform you when you’r appointment is (if they even remember to do so). I waited two weeks, and ended up calling them myself to get the response “oh yeah I was going to call you soon”. It does not make sense. Go to Bradford! It so worth the little bit further of a drive. The staff is lovely, accommodating and they can get you in pretty quickly. You can book your OWN appointments. Georgian radiology is just not worth the hassle. Don’t waste your time!
