★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lady call me to confirm a booking appointment and said it will be in two months, which is fine but when I asked her why it was so far away she responds with "well I can cancel it for you" with a snappy attitude. It was a genuine question and if your staff do not know how to be kind or respond well maybe best if they don't be the ones answering the phone. It was downright rude and hurtful. Please do better, every other time I've come here the front desk staff seem over worked and impatient with everyone. Either give some sensitivity training or re explain to them that the people they work with are patients that have Conditions too everyone is going through something and being rude won't help them as staff nor will it help the patients. Rather than just answering your Google reviews with an automated response maybe it's time to be proactive in helping your staff reconnect with being happier in the workplace. Just by looking at the other reviews it's apparent that this is an ongoing issue with this place. I hope something can change for the better because that was very discouraging when it was literally a simple and small question I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for an ultrasound..my tech Mykayla was awesome! Very professional and being a person with a disability who uses a wheelchair she assisted in anyway that I needed. If I need to go back, I wish I could ask for her directly !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ phoned in to find my child's appt.. receptionist started off head strong and out right argumentive. she over talked me and raised her voice . she was not happy to have to book a ultrasound in that the DR had sent TWO requisitions in for as nothing was being booked. thank you for being SO rude and argumentive.. just what sick people need. im more then impressed.. glad she has such a good job where it's ok to be so miserable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove in with my husband and kids because you guys told me I couldn’t bring my 3.5 month old with me and I have to arrange childcare for her. After my apppintment, I’m leaving the building and I hear the coo of a baby! I turn around to find a young mom with her child in the bucket seat obviously here for an appointment! I was told I couldn’t bring my child in and they allow her to bring HER child with her?! I had to arrange to make sure my husband was around to help look after my youngest and my oldest when I’m staring at a mom just like me rocking her kid in a car seat! Either make exceptions to ALL mothers or none at all! That is completely unacceptable! If I could give you guys zero stars for lying and making exceptions to other patients I would!

Waiting to go throughout a very embarrassing procedure. Reception staff told me to cancel when I said I wanted to wait outside as I was waiting a long time to be called. I told her I was very anxious. I heard staff laughing and walking in and out during my long wait to have the procedure done. Terrible experience. Such unfriendly and unsympathetic staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can’t say enough good things about this place! They were very prompt with little to no wait time and our ultrasound technician was very friendly and thorough. She didn’t make us feel rushed and she made both my wife and I feel very assured with the test.
