Going over issues and questions and a follow up call with implications of test results. The first time that a doctor has made me feel welcome and not a burden. I wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A	Andrew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the covid time, its hard enough to see your regular doctor, these walk in doctors and nurse practitioners have always been easy to see, usually with not much of a waiting time. I have been a few times over the years and have always been happy with them. The imaging side of the health center is also great, with not much waiting time for xrays or ultrasound and they are very friendly,.
E	Emily Paige Martineau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the worst place to go but certainly not the best. I'm expecting my first baby in the spring so I've been to this location 3 times for an ultrasound. The receptionist is friendly and very sweet, the atmosphere is nice & clean. My first visit, the technician didn't show me anything so I left feeling very confused/worried, wondering if there was anything even in there. This was my first ultrasound so I didn't know what to expect. Second time I went the technician was wonderful and took her time showing me my baby, printed me pictures and was lovely. The third time I requested pictures the technician told me they don't do that at this location, I mentioned to her that the last technician did and she said I could take pictures of the screen and print my own photos. She then asked me if we wanted to find out the gender and I said yes, but we have a gender reveal planned the following weekend. She said I either tell you now or you don't find out........if you're planning a gender reveal or wanting photos maybe specify that when booking your appointment?
I	Isabella Fleur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited a week for important ultra sound following surgery. Only to arrive and have them tell me I have no appointment and should just take myself to emergency. Also tried to tell me I must have made an appointment else where. I have not only the number in my call log, but the address the receptionist gave me while booking the appointment. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time. If I would have known this a week ago when booking the appointment I would have been able to book elsewhere. Now my only option is to go to ER or wait an additional week + to be seen.
s	s s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck trying to get through when you call to make an appointment. If you don’t get a busy tone, you will be put on hold forever. They obviously cannot handle the patient load. The front desk has the worst customer service! It seems like they have junior high school students working here. My wife called to make an appointment after finally getting through. They gave her a date for weeks later. When my wife questioned her why so late, the receptionist said "call back when you don’t have an attitude" and hung up! Sorry Dr. Stribbell, but we are switching asap because you got some dumb people working in the front!
