★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an ultrasound here this week, very clean, not many patients were around. when I was admitted I have to be frank, I had a bursting bladder! I asked a gowned lady if I could be seen quickly as I have a medical challenge. She asked another technician who was waiting for her patient to switch patients. in a matter of moments I was admitted and treated with dignity and patience and kindness. I have gone here for many years for different reasons, but this one visit stood out because of the compassion of the team. thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to go for an ultrasound here and was pleasantly surprised. The location has plenty of parking , they follow all covid policies perfectly, it was easy to find where I had to go, once inside the building. The staff was friendly, I was greeted immediately, my wait time was under 5 minutes, and my technician (Layla) was amazing, she was kind, friendly, explained everything prior , so no surprises, I would highly recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT 2SLGBTQ+ SAFE. My partner who is non-binary had an ultrasound appointment at this facility. When we showed up I notified them of my partners preferred name as it hasn’t been legally changed yet. When I told the person at the Covid intake table she laughed. When my partner went into their appointment this person said “you care a lot if we use this name, what would happen if we didn’t?”. The answer is that it would be a human rights violation. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing that someone working in the medical field wouldn’t be educated enough to understand the importance of using someone’s name and pronouns. Hope they read this and properly train their staff because this is unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called to book for ultrasound, the lady talking to me was very rude and not helpful at all. She tried to give me an appointment in 45 days time. I booked with another place in a very short time with respectful staff.

today May 12 and had the best service.
The receptionists and the lab technician are very friendly.
On time and out in 15 minutes. Great place. Would recommend this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the people that were doing the ultrasound were very professional and nice …the check in secretaries were friendly and helpful. Running a facility like this during Covid is not an easy task. I give them five stars for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a few for X-rays and ultrasounds to be completed. The wait to get X-rays done on a walk on basis would have been ok if they went in order of who arrived when, not who has less to complete and would empty up the waiting room faster.
When it came to booking my ultrasound, she wanted me to come back in over a month- even though it had to do with a slip and fall and it needed to be addressed urgently. When asking if booking earlier was a possibility, the receptionist proceeded to try and make me feel bad as I needed to get a lot of ultrasounds completed. When I asked to get my requisition back so I can book someone else ( within a few days) she rolled her eyes and smirked with a good luck. Extremely unprofessional
The staff was not personable at all and it was not a great experience overall. I will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been at this centre for mammogram and a follow up ultrasound. The technologists are very polite and caring. I had an appointment and the wait was not too long. The instructions given were clear and helpful.
I returned to get all the results faxed to a Hospital. The diagnosis was of a serious nature and I was a little concerned. When I got there after making a call, and no appointment the receptionists were all very pleasant and comforting.
Sona helped me find the results on 2 different dates and faxed them to the hospital I requested. I waited for the printouts and got the complete file in my hands after waiting in the waiting area. She was very helpful and extremely kind. I was very happy with the efficiency of the staff members at every step.
