C	Carly Brawley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've become so incredibly disappointed with my experience. The lack of communication is so frustrating. Scheduled appointments without my confirmation, bloodvtest results that I've been waiting for almost 2 months, the one receptionist who seems like she could care less with her attitude. I called last week looking for the results on MONDAY and was promised I would get a call from one of the nurses before the end of the week. GUESS WHAT - I called Friday and the receptionist who answered could not find a single note saying I was supposed to get a call back. So they told me to call back Monday in the afternoon and that I would be able to speak TO A NURSE about my results. I'm incredibly worried and anxious for them. This has been an awful experience so far. I would not reccomend thisplace to anyone because of the way reception has handled appointments and communication. The nurses and lab techs are lovely but this has been AWFUL. Yet again I have heard NOTHING today. It's so disheartening going through this on top of how sensitive this all is. It's stressful enough as is but the experience has made it far worse

I would have to say the nurses & Doctors are amazing and friendly in both facilities.. and so helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. I especially liked the nurse who was with me through my egg retrieval process, she held my hand when I was scared, she was so great.... our first embryo transfer ( medicated ) did not work..we were not going to try again, but im so glad we did... we did a second one that was completely non-medicated & now I am currently pregnant, everything has been healthy and going according to plan. I appreciate all of the support from all of the amazing staff that has made this possible IVF is a very emotional journey that has its ups and downs but I am happy we stuck with it.... my concerns that I would like to mention is I wish they changed the way they do things... this is a journey filled with questions and it's very scary that I would have liked to see my IVF doctor at these appointments but I never was able to, outside of retrieval and embryo transfer... I had to message nurses, that told me I had to wait for the doctor to call me or they could answer for me... which I didn't like... as some of the times I got conflicting answers between the doctor and nurses...which makes sense as nurses are not qualified to be a doctor... so that does make me on edge and i did not like that. Other then that, I am happy to say we have a healthy baby on the way !
S	Stephanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been working with Dr.Gurau for almost 2 years. At first, my experience was amazing. Now, I understand that after the closure due to the pandemic there were lots of necessary changes but the care I’ve received from not only my doctor but the nurses as well has declined tremendously. You feel like a number, You don’t feel valued. You are always dealing with someone new and they always refer to you as “your chart”. I feel like I’m always getting the run around. Whenever I ask a question, I am made to feel stupid for even asking. My appointments are never on time even for important transfer appointments. All in all, please don’t settle for heartbreak at this place.
M	Monika Van Vliet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly disappointed in the communication and lack of response from this clinic. I was referred to this clinic 6 weeks ago by my GP. A month ago I had a voice-mail to schedule a consult from someone at 7:30pm (even though their office hours close ar 2:30pm!!). They left no call back number and asked to respond by email - I could not understand the email they asked to contact. Since then I've called the general line, new patient lines numerous times and sent several contact requests and appointment requests via the website. I've heard nothing back. Today I finally had a voice-mail from an unknown number which turned out to be this clinic again calling to schedule a consult. The number they left was the general line which always goes to voice-mail. I've asked my GP to refer me elsewhere and I'll start the wait over - this is beyond frustrating.

Dr. Garau was beyond helpful, he was generous with his time and made sure we understood everything about our options. I had been at another clinic prior and was treated separately by "natural conception" and "fertility", and found the divide extremely hard to manage. This was the opposite. It was the single best medical experience that I have ever had.

We feel confident that he will try his best to ensure that we will get our miracle bundle of joy!! Looking forward to work with Dr. Hartman through our journey.. We are Hopeful and will pray!
D	Debanjana Maitra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Hartman and his nurse Aliza Kanner. Dr Hartman took care of me till the 12 week of my pregnancy. His office took care of all my blood work and ultrasounds. It was very easy to communicate with his team of nurses - they were just one email away from answering all my questions( I had many). The staff at the clinic were very friendly and efficient. At the end of every call DR Hartman would always say " I am hopeful for you" :). Wish I could have him and his team for the entire length of my pregnancy.
S	Stef P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses here are amazing! I’ve only had a miscommunication issue with them once and they resolved it immediately. They respond quickly during office hours and all the ones I dealt with have always been kind. Coming from another clinic, this was a nice change. My doctor is amazing and never pushy, but also honest. Unlike my previous doctor, he was willing to run more tests when I asked. I do wish they had an after hours line like some other places do though. The only complaint here is an administrative one. The guy in billing used to be amazing and so helpful, no idea why he left. The new person there, not so much. Paying thousands of dollars for treatments, this issue is a real problem. The person handling transactions should be more attentive and knowledgeable. Have a proper billing/admin team please!
