β β β β β I think this location has only 2 doctors who are off most of days (probably works for other clinic?) The receptionist and staff are very friendly and kind. I've been currently with the female doctor(Dr. Cheng) and a few different nurses, and, I've met Dr. Cheng twice, but I'm not satisfied with her appointments. There are lack of directions and advice. She seems to have no encouragement, care, analysis, interest to clients, which makes me disappointed. I hope she thinks and understands why clients visit this clinic. I wouldn't recommend her! I would visit other clinic if I can find a better doctor close to me.

β β β β β Worst clinic ever, you feel like a number to them. The receptionists at all locations never get back to you, and you'll have a hard time reaching them. The Dr says one thing the nurses say another thing. Came to book an appointment the dr recommended and the receptionist had no idea what to book and told me she will call me back and still havent recieved a phone call. Wrong treatments have been recommended, the list can go on.
I have friends who go to other clinics and they have such a good experience. Some nurses who I dealt with were super nice but unfortunately the receptionist and the dr not so much.
Wont be coming back here anymore, waste of our time which is very unfortunate.

β β β β β This place is a joke, the nurses ignore your calls and do not follow up with you. We have made numerous attempts to contact the clinic for the scheduled appointments but irresponsible nurses do not return calls.
They forgot to call us to book an appointment for the 12th day of the cycle, and we lost another month as we had to wait for a new cycle.
Nurses show absolute lack of care and neglect their duty to the fullest extent.
Find a better clinic. Don't waste your time. Learn from others' mistakes.

β β β β β I have been to the Milton, Mississauga, Richmond hill and Brampton location and so far the south asian receptionist in the Richmond Hill location is by far the best one! She is amazing and so nice. Most of the other receptionists in the other locations aren't as friendly and kind.
However, I did not like the ultrasound tech at this location compared to the others. She was rude and felt like she was in a big rush even though the clinic was not busy.

β β β β β What are you going to do, guys, after two misdiagnoses resulted in my fallopian tube being removed? The nurse who is following up, not the doctor, even though we paid too much money to do IVF at your clinic. All the other clinics they are following up with serial beta hcg before say it's a miscarriage not an ectopic and when they see the beta increasing aftermethotrexate injection they will take action with another dose or surgery to save the tube. very bad experience filled with carelessness

β β β β β Visited this clinic as a patient for over a year. Bad customer service. Cannot ever get a hold of anyone on the phone. Only spoke with my main doctor, Dr. Soliman, once over the phone otherwise it is always his nurses. You are treated as a number and never explained why your treatments work or don't work. It is a money grab. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
