Put in a corner I paid $300 for my mask and discovered that I could purchase online at several sites for $149! The staff was not knowledgeable about their products on the phone which forced an onsite visit. ORDER replacement supplies online or find another supplier because you are paying too much here.
D	Dinesh Sadhwani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to go because employees forgot the appointment they made to see me, no staff member provided clear answers to my questions regarding cpap and they never called once to follow up with the equipment or inspect my machine/accessories to see if anything needed to be replaced over a 4 year period. Luckily, there are other authorized sellers in the area that provide much better service.

Friendly and helpful staffs are doing follow up every 6 months and will to spend their time with you to explain your sleeping report and bring up a concern and suggestion to ensure your your device under peak performance.

Receptionist told me that it is going to be 2 weeks later. I had to cancel my appointment first I called back and told them I made myself available for the same time, only to find out that they gave the time away to someone on the "wait list", which I should be on, instead of being told that any apptmt need to be 2 weeks later. So ridiculous how they have a wait list and I was never told after 3-4 times of calling them Called my sleep clinic and recommended me another clinic that booked me the next day.

For example, CPAP Direct charges ~$300 for a ResMed AirFit P10 Mask which can be bought at other clinics for $200, or less. Machines are also much more expensive here and CPAP Direct only carries a limited selection. If buying a CPAP machine from CPAP Direct, they add a very expensive service plan to the unit which is not necessary at all. The plan is added automatically without informing the customer. Such a plan must be gravy for CPAP Direct considering the reliability and minimal service these machines require. Front office staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. The clinicians are also young and inexperienced and provide no real input. They annoy you with bi-annual "check-ups" but in reality, it's a thinly disguised way of getting you into the office to purchase more equipment. There is no real diagnosis or recommendations during these visits. Very overpriced. Not recommended. Shop elsewhere unless you like the pretend theatrics. Update: You can get Resmed masks on Amazon for 1/3 the price of this store and 1/2 at other CPAP vendors ...
