★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience at Upper Thornhill Dental Care was amazing! I haven’t been to a dental office in several years and was very nervous but Dr.Shiva was amazing and very thorough. She explained everything about my oral health and needs. The dental hygienist Madura was very gentle and thorough, made sure I was comfortable and pain-free. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this office with lovely staff which also follows proper COVID protocols. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son just had a cleaning and general check up on 7th Dec. It was a big relieve that he did not feel scare of it. Thanks to the kind, friendly and passionate Dr. Shiva, the nurse and the hygienist. Going to dentist will become a nice things to do for him from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was good. I had a really nice and efficient hygenist. She recommended some stain toothpastes that I will try. The front staff is friendly and they make things really easy for your insurance. Basically both mine and my husband's insurance is on the file and we do not have to do one thing. Very convenient that we switched our kids over to this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to get your dental treatment. This is the 1st time I am getting dental treatment in Canada and they were very systematic in creating my dental history. Whatever problems they identified, were fixed in due time and with a lot of care. Big shout out to Dr. Shiva, in leading my treatment and making sure that I get the proper treatment required without any push to get addons. Also they are very helpful with the insurance claims which helps save a ton of money. Another big shout out to the front desk staff, all of them are very very sweet and ensure to follow-up with you prior to your appointment so you do not miss. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in dental care needs.
