The only reason I'm giving this clinic two stars is for the nurse who was assisting the front desk and checked me in when I arrived yesterday. She was very kind and professional and got me set up quickly, which I greatly appreciated as I was feeling terrible. That was the only positive experience that I had here. The website's waiting times are wrong - it claimed there was a 30 minute wait when in reality, I (along with everyone in the waiting area) waited approximately an hour to be seen. When it was my turn, I was ushered into a room where I saw a physician for all of 2-3 minutes. He asked for my symptoms and as I tried to explain them he made notes and spoke over me. I complained of a persistent cough that made my throat hurt to the point of not being able to eat/drink, I had no voice and was very wheezy. I told him I felt as though I had some sort of chest infection. The physician looked at my throat and listened to my breathing and declared everything was fine; my throat was fine and my lungs were clear. He did a throat swab for my peace of mind and said he was confident it would come back negative. He told me I would be fine and my cough would clear up in a day or two and sent me home. The same night I ended up going to Etobicoke General Hospital due to my cough being so bad that I almost vomited/had the wind completely knocked out of me and it was preventing me from getting any sleep. They ran chest x-rays, gave me antibiotics, and put an oxygen mask on me to assist with my breathing as they saw I had shortness of breath and wheeziness. I was diagnosed with a severe case bronchitis within 4 hours. I'm currently on 875mg antibiotics twice daily along with an inhaler to help clear my airways when needed. I understand that urgent care clinics can be busy and the physicians there are doing their best to ensure everyone is seen, but I encourage the staff there to listen to their patients when they're trying to describe their pain. Don't brush them off the way I was brushed off yesterday. I encourage others reading this to avoid this clinic. You're better off waiting for an appointment with your family doctor or even going to the hospital if it's a dire enough situation.

The lady at the front reception was severely rude to my sick brother and I. She didn’t want to deal with us. The office was empty and she wanted to keep it that way to avoid doing work. My brother was on the counter a bit while he was looking for his health card and she rudely told him to back off. I couldn’t be bothered to stay there for their services. If you’re going to be in the field of health, I’d suggest not having a horrible attitude to patients.

The receptionist was extremely rude and clear communication was lacking during the entire experience. To give her the benefit of the doubt, English isn't her first language. Despite that, tone was beyond disrespectful. I understand that it's important to be strict during COVID, yet it's not that difficult to show some basic human decency when speaking with others. I give it two stars because the experience with the physician wasn't bad.

Waited 4.5hrs for a phone "consultation" and waited almost an entire day for a doctor's note... told to pick it up and SURPRISE! Their location is actually closed and went to hwy27 & finch. No signs and no warning about it. I would've put zero stars if there was an option

I have had such a rough time with pharmacists, medical receptionists, doctors and nurses over the last 3 months. Speaking to the receptionist here namwd SANDEEP was such a relief. Her prompt, easy to communicate and extremely efficient work ethic left me with a dose of positive energy in such a negative time. THANK YOU!

I've been to this clinic twice now. Once, a few weeks ago right before they closed. Having waited at another Urgent Care Centre, the secretary there called Malton to let them know I was coming. I was seen by a friendly, older male doctor who was apologetic about their computers being down. He heard me out & performed a quick diagnostic test. Today, I wanted a similar reassurance so I drove over before 11am. There were two people in the waiting room and the receptionist registered me right away after verifying my health card over the phone. She confirmed there were 2 ahead of me. Immediately, one person was taken and they basically cycled a person in as soon as a patient left through a second nurse who was seated in the back area. I probably saw the doctor in less than 15 minutes. This time, it was a younger female doctor with long red hair, wearing scrubs. She was very efficient, polite and friendly. She quickly made her notes and got to giving me a test. She was professional and wished me a good day on my way out. Very personable. This location is a bit out of the way for me, but I'd totally go back if needed.

Location is closed but still someone will pick the call confirm the appointment and when you went there they will say oh actually go to Etobicoke location and then Etobicoke location will again tell you to wait for another hour because first appointment was for different location like seriously if location is closed update on website and don’t take any appointment over the phone waste of time

no communcation ethics, no manner how to deal with patientts moreover i called and booked appoint after that she was being very rude when i arrived ( receptionist)
