S	Stella Yousif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place says they close at 10. I get there at 8:50 and they say that they cant take me because they stop taking people at 8:30. Instead of putting u close at 10, put 8:30 so that I don’t waste my time coming here when I finish work. Oh and they don’t answer the phone either.

I have booked appointment 7.00 she told doctor is leaving 7.15, make sure you come before 7. I rush to reach to place reach 6.45 PM. They didn’t call me in till 7.40 inside clinic. When called them they said you have to wait as there are many patients before you so you have to wait ! I waited more then 45 Min to get my turn. Even after calling me doctors didn’t come more 15 min to room to check !

Finally get results and asked to stop by to pick up a script from the front desk. Which they didn’t have ready. And wanted me to waste more of my time. You are likely to receive better medical and professional treatment from a third world country. Deplorable

Literally the kindest receptionist set me up with am immediate appointment and I just got my meds thanks so much to the doctor and staff. If they were not around I would have been forced to go to emergency. Thank you so much!!!
C	Cam Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there’s a -100000000 stars I could give this clinic. Worst experience I’ve had. Took forever for them to send a simple requisition to my email, exactly 22hours. I’ve been waiting over 9 hours and still waiting for the doctor to call me. When I called them multiple times to check, they got my number wrong…how? When they contacted me less then 24 hrs. Terrible receptionists.
E	Elina Mustafina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst “emergency “ clinic I have ever seen. They made me wait in a car with two kids for three and a half hours even before doctor called me on my phone! They said it gonna take max 30-40 min. Doctors are lazy, not professional and the staff who works there are mean and unhelpful!don’t even waist your time going there. They are so scared with covid so they do not let wait inside. And saying that rapid test don’t give clear results. Really?
i	ieraci alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this clinic. You’re better off going to the hospital. Today we tried to call for my daughter BOTH my husband and I were in the car I might add. The receptionist rudely refused my daughter because she said a rapid test wasn’t accurate and denied her care. She then “claimed” that she had asked the doctor about my daughters test and that we were told we were only allowed to have a virtual. When I tried to ask why she hung up on me. My husband and I tried to call back only to have the same receptionist pick up and hang up. When my husband called back from his number the receptionist transferred us to someone else who claimed that in the span of 40 minutes of us trying to get through that they had no appointments and that the other receptionist never asked the doctor about my daughters test. When we mentioned that they were open until 6 they claimed the doctor was leaving early and thus could not see us. The manager did not apologize for the receptionists tactics and screening of our phone number nor did they apologize for denying my daughter care because of a negative Covid test of which we had done TWO in two days. I now have to tie up the health care system and bring her to emergency because they denied my daughter basic medical care. This also isn’t a walk in clinic/urgent care centre as it SO ADVERTISES because they take appointments. This needs to be addressed because this isn’t the first time issues with this location have occurred as there have been many instances where they haven’t even opened and have left people outside waiting with no explanation.

Thanks for showing up every day and doing the work of family doctors that refuse to see patients in person. Been there so many times during the pandemic and honestly don't know where I would be if they were to refuse treatment. Thank you for putting your oath to help others over your own safety. We need to give back and help them feel safe by masking properly, and sanitizing when visiting this clinic. I'm forever grateful for all you do in the Woodbridge community while family doctors shirk their responsibilities under the guise of covid protocols refusing to see patients. A dentist has no issues seeing patients in person, mask removed inches from your face. But for some reason a family doctor can't look at a painful growth on your leg.
