S	Skylar Sylvester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend you avoid this lab if you have the option. We did prenatal testing here and they made multiple mistakes. Stress-inducing mistakes as you can image, so if you'd like the best chance at avoiding stress - DO NOT GO HERE. Specifically, they sent bloodwork to the wrong laboratory, which meant we needed to come back in for a recollection - past the time-sensitive date required for accurate testing. They also forgot to charge the correct price, and followed-up via a phone call seeking more payment. I tried resolving this with management - but they chose not to reimburse any of the costs. Very bad experience from end-to-end. There's a lot of labs out there - choose a different one!
J	Jim Willis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab staff were great - the only issue here is the parking - it is pay parking and the machine has instructions written in maker. Have to figure out how to enter your license plate - only takes $2 coin and credit card.
A	Alex Andison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to have my bloodwork done today and was DREADING it because I have a phobia of needles, but I got there and the staff were so friendly and welcoming that I instantly became less nervous. It took a few tries to get blood because I was so dehydrated, but the staff got me a class of water and kept me in high spirits and laughing! Best blood work experience I've ever had! Thank you to this wonderful team! You are appreciated!

Front desk ladies speak under their breath and laugh behind your back. Next level rudeness. Honestly never had a worse experience with so called “health care professionals”
M	Ms Hip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 4:35 p.m. yesterday and, although there was not a single person in the waiting room, and noone behind me, "Justine" told me they would not take me and were only taking "people with appointments." She then promised me they would take me today at 4:45 p.m. and wrote the day and time on my requisition. I arrived today at 4:30 and it was CLOSED! I have now driven 40 kms for no reason. Not impressed.

Sign was posted outside saying they were only accepting people with appointments even though the website said they now take walk ins. The nurses then informed me that even if I had an appointment they would only accept me if I had a printed requisition because it “slows down the system” to open an emailed requisition. One of the nurses was very apologetic and sincere. Another nurse very rudely told me “it’s not that hard, just go to Staples to print it and come back another day.” There was very little regard for my time. I’m quite frustrated with the whole situation.

Easy access to building walking or otherwise, nice big double door with auto-opener. Elevators are not a long wait, and have plenty of room for wheelchairs and standing operator. Very nice people to deal with in any of the business's operations there. Overall I have had positive experiences when I am summoned to be at 11 Lakeside Terrace. Thanks from a 50 yr Barrie Ont Resident.
