C	Carrie King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been having problems logging on to get my results. Keeps telling me, my info is incorrect. So I finally called them. She tells me, I have to wait 72hrs. Then I told her, when my son did his. It told him results not in. Then I retold her, for mine, it keeps telling me my info is not correct. Her response was. We must have put your info in wrong. WHAT!!! Then I asked her, do I have to redo. She said wait 72 hrs, and if you don't get a call from us. Come back for another test. I don't understand what they are doing. It's not right

They have no right or grounds to supercede a final court order and have now exposed those 2 children to covid 19 when they could have safely quarantined at their fathers . I will be filing a civil lawsuit against this facility tomorrow and you will be paying dearly financially for overstepping your role .

However, they did not verify any of my information on my health card or drivers license. I was handed a blue slip and can access my results in 24-48 hours. I tried to look after the 24 hours online the website kept telling me my information was wrong. Although, I have not changed my address in 15 years. I then was locked out. Today March 27th I call the Sperling location and had the most disrespectful phone call with a lady named Sheryl. I explained my situation she said nope your address must be wrong. I mentioned I have not changed my address. She proccceds to say "well it has not even been 72 hours yet , we dont have your results". She was sighing and breathing heavily into the phone making it known that I was more of a bug. She then proceeded to say "oh my god" through the phone. When I confronted the absurb behaviour she said it was someone else. I asked what her name was she said "Sheryl have a good day, bye". Then hung up the phone on me. Overall, worst expereince over the phone for it being my first time getting a COVID test done.
C	Courtney Antill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited this covid testing location several times with my two boys (12 month old and a 2.5 year old). We've used the sally port (drive thru) each time, and our experience has always been very positive and efficient. The nurses doing the swabs are great with my kids and do the swab quickly. Resuslts have usually taken an average (never more) of 24 hours.
b	brittani marie miljavec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had good experiences with this place until today, the outside testing staff outside the female around 830-9am Oct 22 was Incredibly rude. Felt uncomfortable and left before even being tested due to her behaviour
D	Darlene MacMillan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was great for first vaccine. Left work early to get second as they advertised walk-ins available 3-7pm. Arrived at 5:45pm and was turned away, stating they had filled daily quota for walk-ins. Not happy, now lost wages and will have to take more time off again. They should advertise “based on number of walk-ins daily”, or at least post something to website once they’ve met this quota so people that check are aware.
T	Tobias van der Wal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always very professional and you see a doctor when getting the tests done, who are a pleasure to deal with. Staff is friendly and informative. It can feel crowded at times since there isn't a lot of space in the waiting area. However, safe distancing and crowd control is well executed. You may want to bring a jacket though because you might have to wait in line outside for a few moments till they bring you in.
