Sangeeta was fantastic. Me and my husband needed a new mattress, and she was patient, knowledgeable, and was able to get us the best price. She was not pushy, and did not pressure us to go with higher prices items which we appreciated. She gave us space to try out mattresses but was within reach when we had questions! 100% recommend. She even was able to get us a 30% discount.

Anne P was our sales rep and she did an amazing job helping us purchase our BBQ. There was a sign up for a free BBQ cover with purchase and when her manager said the promotion had ended, she went to bay for use and we got the cover. Then when our finance account was locked due to inactivity, I was not able to reach customer service, she called them through the number they have and got me to a rep who reactivated my account. After all was said and done, it was about 15 minutes after closing but never once did I feel like she was rushing us to get us out the door. If you want to be taken care of as a customer should, ask for Anne!

The TV salespeople were chill and very knowledgeable, and explicitly asked if we needed any help. Just be aware of common sales tactics like false urgency. Mattresses was a completely different experience. I just wanted to test out the mattresses myself and feel them out, but then a predatory salesperson came and injected herself without even a greeting or even *asking* if we wanted help. She gave us no information about the beds except firm/soft and kept trying to sell us on the "discounted" prices. The fake sales prices aside - I'm buying a mattress. I don't care if it's free; it needs to support my spine and feel comfortable. So she shouldn't be treating it like we're getting 50% off a brand new car that will function the same for everybody. It's not the 90's. If your entire strategy is just to come out of nowhere and pressure the customer then the customer is going to walk away because they didn't like the experience. Either way, none of the mattresses I particularly liked. I'd recommend Sleep Country, they've got lots of fancy new mattresses with loads of different options and salespeople that aren't obnoxious. Very disappointed with the service I received. On Oct 19, 2021 my husband and I placed an order for several items, most notably a couch and matching chair. Our sales associate Walt guaranteed to us that we would have everything by the end of November, and perhaps to his knowledge that was true at the time. We received most of our order within that time frame, but not the couch and chair set. Every time we called we got told it would be a few more weeks, just be a little more patient. I completely understand that there are delays, and I wouldn't be upset if that was actually the case. In February we were able to get the information to call the manufacturer, and they told us the due date was end of April, and had been since the day the order was placed. I was lied to so that I would buy, and then continously lied to so that we wouldn't cancel our order. I am even more upset about it because they never once called us with an update either, I always had to inquire. The sales rep had time to write us a thank you letter but not to call and update his lies. I have the same job in a different sector and would never intentionally mislead a customer on a time frame, and always update if I find out it will take longer. Today, I finally received my order (May 10, 2022). I don't recommend shopping here if you value honest and trustworthy service.

I have to be truthful! I have not been to Leon's in years because my last experience there was not great because the sales person was not helpful at all. We thought we'd give your store another try a few days ago. I can only tell you that Anne in appliances was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was able to find the stove we wanted for delivery next week, at the time it was a month wait for the fridge. As it turned out she called yesterday to tell us the fridge would be delivered as well. We are extremely happy and can't thank Anne enough for her effort to get all 3 appliances next week! Thank you Anne! With this positive experience we'd definitely recommend Leon's again.

Working with Andrew Tilsworth was a pleasure! He helped us find the perfect recliner to match our decor, comfort and price range. He also helped guide us through the payment process and setting up delivery. Definitely going back to him for our future furnishing needs.

Settled on the Duffield Sofa and Loveseat. Laura was great to work with in sales, gave us helpful information, also was honest about expectations around delivery. The store is well laid out compared to other stores we visited. Organized with similar styles adjacent to one another for easy comparison. Only thing tricky is to evaluate fabrics with such small swaths, it’s too bad they aren’t larger. We look forward to getting the furniture soon to freshen up our space.

I just wanted to share my experience at Leon's working with Rachel Neil! I had come in just wondering around looking at different items, I came across this adorable giraffe storage but I had to come back for it ! She made sure one would be available and sure enough two days later when I went back she had held one for me ! It's now sitting with my collection and it makes me smile everytime I see it ☺️ she was lovely to work with, easy going, wasn't pushy and the sale went through smoothly. I would highly recommend working with her and in the future I'll be back to work with her specifically βœ”οΈ
