★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to go get our glasses adjusted today and Sira helped us. She was super nice and patient with any questions we had and went above and beyond our expectations. Despite us not buying the frame from this store, she still took the time to help us and our glasses fit so much better now. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, it was a pleasure to have dealt with them. They have a great selection of frames and direct bill to your provider. I had an examination done, and the eye doctor was very detailed in explaining the findings of her assessment. I would highly recommend this location (Willowbrook Mall).

I am excited about my new glasses and the entire experience was first rate. I have already recommended Lens Crafters to one person and I will continue doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service here at this location. The staff were very attentive to me and made sure that I was happy with my purchases. I even brought back a recent purchase to exchange for something else and there was no hassle. The price seemed a lot but I haven't bought glasses in a long time so I don't know if the price is competitive. The service however is just great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the LensCrafters to be a positive experience. I was provided with prompt, polite, patient, and knowledgeable help. There are so many beautiful glasses to choose from it is really hard to pick one so I picked three. The store is so bright, clean, well organized, and plenty of room to walk around in so you are not bumping into one another. I love the fact that they have exterior access to the store so I didn't have to go into the mall.
I highly recommend LensCrafters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a positive, friendly, and welcoming experience today. My 9 year old son, first time glasses, left with knowledge, confidence, and a new pair of glasses. The doctors office and shop front are lovely modern clean open spaces. The service was friendly. We felt welcomed and relaxed. My son said it was the first time speaking to a stranger and not feeling embarrassed!! Well done staff!
