The had COVID protocols in place that still allowed me to try on glasses with the knowledge the samples were safe. Jinus was respectful of my time taking all the required information emailing me later the paperwork later once everything was filled. Just picked up the frames from Ken and the high level of customer service continued. See you in two years!!

I have dealt with him now for over 15 years and he is my go to person for glasses. He listens to my needs and how will use/ abuse my glasses at work and pleasure. He then guides me to the best frames. Prices are very competitive to other outlets but service far superior. Highly recommend Ken and his associates.

He was so great and I would highly recommend this doctor. Everyone at this location are reassuring and really knowledgeable to help you get the right prescription and the right type of glasses. They listen!! And didn’t pressure me to try glasses that I was not comfortable in. Koodos to everyone at this location, and I thank you!!

They made recommendations based on my prescription to make sure that I would be happy with them in the long run. I just picked up my new progressives a few weeks ago and I'm so happy that he took the time to explain how they work and the adjustment period with a new prescription. I can wear them all day long without issues, it's so nice to give my eyes a break from contacts. I will be recommending this location to my family and friends as well.

They are extremely welcoming, not pushy, very helpful when you ask and the prices are great!! I can recommend Ken who I personally dealt with, but everyone else seemed great too

The service level by the entire staff is the best. The service was fast and friendly and they were very helpful. I changed my mind on my frames because they were not right for me and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. Highly, highly recommend.
