She provided an honest opinion, gave me time and space to review my decision and was extremely sweet. Very professional, explained the lens options and answered all my questions. Even though it was almost time to close the store, she didn't rush me in any way, providing a great service. Opinder is excellent, and I got a really good deal with all the discounts, price was way much better than expected and offered in another store.

The type of service I would expect at a management level ! Ended up buying 4 frames and he was patient and seamless with the process even though their systems were down. Amanda’s helped us out and she was fantastic. She was welcoming and warm upon our arrival to the shop. She was informative and helpful with my issues. Most importantly she was kind and had the voice of an angel. She truly embodied optimal customer service. Amanda should own the place. 10/10 service and experience.

We received excellent customer service from Amanda. She was very polite, answered our questions clearly and took the time to make sure we were happy with our choices/purchases. She helped us narrow down our choices for eye glasses and sun glasses, which we very happily purchased. We really appreciate her help today and look forward to picking up our new glasses! :)
