When I went to return the Laura dress I was informed there was a no return policy on "special occasion dresses". I have no issue with their policy but I have an issue with not been told about their policy when I purchased the dress and the fact that there is no signage in the store stating their "no return policy." They told me it is on the receipt. It is on the back of the receipt in print so small you can hardly see it. On the front of the receipt is their 14 day return policy in large print. So if you decide to purchase formal wear from Laura's be advised you can not return it. They will not even do in store credits

Monique gave phenomenal service and was very helpful, she helped me try it on and made sure it fit perfectly. The dress I wanted was not in stock in my size and Monique ordered it for it to be sent to my house. It showed up 1 day later and is absolutely perfect ?
