I was at a point in my life that I was emotionally and mentally exhausted with current and past life events where I felt I was just going crazy. I reached out to Irina and after consultation, she knew exactly where to begin helping me heal. I honestly don’t know where to start to express my gratitude and explain the levels of help. My mind was full of limiting beliefs, self sabotage and lack of self love from childhood trauma and a current separation. From sleeping challenges, to daily anxiety and borderline depression to self love and confidence, she has been assisting me with them all. I began suffering from relatively high-level anxiety about a year into the pandemic. It was creating a lot of distress in a number of areas of my life.
