B	Brittany Allan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada Post is such a joke. They where supposed to get a signature on 2 certified letters and they said they didn’t get one so we left it at the door. WTF I hope they see this and people share. Now I have to go get all the documents resigned for the lawyers ? And you want to refund me 24$ I paid over 300$ each package to have to all written up and for priority mail and extra for a signature. They are a joke
M	Michaela DeLong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here and thought I was provided the incorrect package. I called to double check my 2nd package was there. I wanted to confirm before I drove back to check. The lady on the phone said "are you expecting a 2nd package?" I said "yes, I'm calling to check if it's there" she said "yes". So I came back. The package wasn't there. They said it wasn't a Canada Post tracking number. The whole reason I called, was so that I didn't have to come back for nothing. I was then told I should have checked the tracking on the website before I came but this is why I called. I called to confirm my package was there. I was told it was. It was a waste of my time and I got no apology about the miscommunication, rather another lady stepped in and helped me as the woman who made an error ignored me. The lady who stepped in was nicer but definitely rolled her eyes as I told them "you need to be more clear on the phone, that is all". No apology whatsoever for wasting my time. Very frustrating. All I wanted was for them to understand they weren't clear on the phone and a simple apology would have rectified the issue. Don't want this happening to anyone else.
