Unfortunately, our trip had to be canceled, due to the global pandemic, and Heather took care of all the details. She ensured that we received a travel credit, which was appreciated. She did an awesome job coordinating the needs of five people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ran into a situation where our flights were canceled… Our agent Lenora found out about this and she was able to work a miracle. She spent hours making all the changes to ensure we were happy/satisfied with the outcome. This was not an easy fix… We are travelling with a family of 11 from different areas and different needs…and so took a lot of work. Lenora kept us updated and posted along the way and would always reply immediately. Beyond impressed!!
