She ended up booking our trip for us right then and there securely over the phone. She had great answers to all of our questions and concerns and was very personable as well. She went over and above assisting us to retrieve monies owed from Air Canada for a trip to Italy cancelled due to Covid 19 . Although I live in Atlantic Canada , she was always able to contact me at the beginning of her busy shift . I would not hesitate booking my next vacation with Kim Thanks again Kim .

Then COVID-19 hit.
Kim has worked tirelessly to help get us refunds, credits, receipts during these times where rules and information was changing daily, not to mention she had many other clients to care for as well.
I don’t hesitate to recommend Kim to anyone who wants a friendly voice, helpful hands and kind heart when booking your next vacation!

During these times when it's difficult to reach customer support anywhere, it was so nice to speak with someone who was not only pleasant mannered but also went above and beyond to help. Kim looked into my unique situation and made sure to follow up with me to let me know my refund request was received by Air Transat. I really appreciate all her efforts during this time when we are all conserving finances and just getting through the day to day! I will definitely reach out to Kim to help book our next trip once we are able to travel!
