WTF I hope they see this and people share. Now I have to go get all the documents resigned for the lawyers ? And you want to refund me 24$ I paid over 300$ each package to have to all written up and for priority mail and extra for a signature. They are a joke
C	Chris Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommend using Canada Post's online tool SnapShip to create a shipping label, print it and just bring it in to the PO to get it affixed to your package using their clear adhesive pouch. Saves you time and money!

I was asked on the phone "are you expecting a 2nd package?". I said yes and asked if the package was there. I was informed it was. I came back and the package wasn't there. Apparently it wasn't a Canada Post tracking number. The whole reason I called is so I didn't have to come back for nothing. I was then informed by them I should have checked the tracking online. But that is why I called. If I am informed a package is there and it isn't, I would expect an apology. The woman who spoke to me on the phone ignored me as another woman stepped in. I had to repeatedly say "you were not clear on the phone and I was informed it was here". I got no apology whatsoever for wasting my time. It was a simple mistake and could have easily been fixed with an apology. I just wanted them to understand that they were not clear on the phone. I called to check if my package was there and clearly no one checked and just said it had arrived. Very frustrating and not very good customer service. When you mess up, you say sorry. Very simple.

They are not open Saturday afternoon contrary to what is stated on your notification. This lead me to a busy supermarket location during the Pandemic. Excessive billing for partial shipping and brokerage of cheap US made replacement part.
E	Eloho S. Sido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The actual post office was difficult to locate, I had to ask around. It’s located in the grocery store - Fairway Market. There are post boxes outside, but if you want the office, you have to go in to the store, it’s on the left end inside the grocery store. The person who attended to me was very helpful and ensured that the pay machine was disinfected before use.
