★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous hours. Why be open at all if you’re only going to be open from 10:30-2:30, wouldn’t be so bad if you were open on a Saturday too but such inconvenient hours for the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada Post is such a joke. They where supposed to get a signature on 2 certified letters and they said they didn’t get one so we left it at the door. WTF I hope they see this and people share. Now I have to go get all the documents resigned for the lawyers ? And you want to refund me 24$ I paid over 300$ each package to have to all written up and for priority mail and extra for a signature. They are a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will now boycott any vendor that works with that looser staffed compagnie , they either deliver late , days late, or to one of your neighbours up the road , or not at all, the loosers just leave a note on your door , they do not even ring the bell yo see if anyone answers, bunch of loosers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery guy decide when you gonna get the item and saying on tracking the attempted to deliver but its not and tags was posted on door but its not there when I check. I blocked this carrier for my Amazon delivery!!! :( “Always same problem”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With regret, I am actively asking vendors to use anybody other than Canada Post for my shipments.
They have major logistical issues organizing and sorting their packages. I’ve seen packages sit in Victoria for several days after being scanned, and several days beyond delivery standard, before ultimately getting out for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd Christmas with lost/late gifts from family.
Parcels shipped to us in mid November with guaranteed arrival of 7 days based on the shipping they paid for. They lost our items, did not tell us (gave us a delivery slip anyway, indicating the post office pick up time), and tried for several days to pick it up as indicated on the slip, but the parcel never arrive to the post office. They admitted after days that they were lost.
Gifts did not arrive until after new years.
2nd year in a row. Called to seek refund and they refused. We now have to pay out of pocket to ship items back to our family as they have gone home post Christmas.
